A couple of weeks, keep practicing.. you’ll definitely see improvements in your game. Also, if you are old enough, get stronger to help you on offense and defense... and work on your explosiveness such as sprinting and vertical exercises. It’ll definitely help
Guys i would seriously advise you to carefully analyze and implement the second guy´s footwork,it is something not really taken into account in the video but essential and therefore very worth mentioning.He really utilises the body momentum and shifts his weight ideally,really like his clean form,very ergonomic and effective.

This workout has helped me improve my ball handling. 1 month ago I couldn't even do a figure 8 so that shows you how much my dribbling has improved. I have improved my shot also with EGT. I can hit ten 15ft jumpers in a row with ease. I am having a little more trouble with forcing the 3point shot. I can make about 3-5 in a row, but i am forcing them up, yaw got any tips to help with 3point shots?

Everyone who is new to basketball, read this. Just do all stationary drills about thrice a week for 3 weeks before moving on to the others, this way it is easier for you to get better handles than doing all at once.

This helps a lot. My dribbling skills improved drastically after practicing these drills
