    Im glad you actually payed something with this pedal instead of like everyone else just noodle around the first time using it and never following it up with an actual composition.

    I've been wondering how this one would sound on the harp! It's so dramatic and grandiose, I love it. Amazing demo as always.

      Thanks so much Naomi ❤️ this one was a STAPLE on my board for a really long time!! Finally was able to make a demo with it, I definitely recommend it for harp!

      @@emilyharpist How big must your pedalboard be by now?!

    • @emilyharpist
      @emilyharpist  3 года назад +1

      Hahaha it’s pretty much non-existent!! I kept swapping new ones so much and pulling ones off for demos and covers that I just stopped using a board for a while. Definitely going to build a new one soon!!!

    I'm always a sucker for harmonized/octave effects, but it's the tremolo-like warble that makes this pedal for me. It's such an endearing pedal.

    Not too sure it sounds much like an organ..... but it def is a wonderful effect. (granular, it sounds like) it gives the harp a beautiful gamelan kind of feel at times. ❤ That was great, you two! 😁

    Another awesome demo 👏. Im a guitarist and everytime I buy a pedal I check 2 other guys (guitarists) who do great guitar demos and then look to see if Emilys put it through its paces. The result, Im buying pedals like a MOFO with FOMO. Thanks Emily for helping me burn through the cash 🤣🤣

    Ooooh, this is awesome! I was listening to a song from a musical yesterday that features both rolled harp chords and sustained organ chords as well and was wondering if aa pedal could do the same effect! I might check this pedal out once I upgrade my harp or slap a pickup on it. :)

    • @emilyharpist
      @emilyharpist  3 года назад

      I definitely recommend!! It was one of the first pedals I ever bought a few years ago and it's super easy to use! I always recommend Earthquaker Deices pedals to new "harpedalists" cause they usually work so well and are so easy!

    You should cover “The Godfather Waltz” by Nino Rota or “Speak Softly Love” by Andy Williams. That’s the vibe I got from the first couple of mins!

    If you were to build a pedal rig which incorporated this pedal, what else would add? Which reverb? Would you add a lo-fi pedal?

    • @emilyharpist
      @emilyharpist  3 года назад +1

      Awesome question!!! I love pairing this with EQD Westwood, I want to get a clip together soon of them - cutting the bass and boosting the treble on that EQ before the organizer makes the harp sound like a little music-box toy thing, it’s really cool, then throwing a shimmer verb at the end adds some really cool textures, like EQD Afterneath!! The first three pedals I bought myself all at once actually hahaha cause I tried them all together. A magical combo!!! 🪄

    • @emilyharpist
      @emilyharpist  3 года назад

      I haven’t tried it with a lo fi pedal cause I thought the modulation of the lofi with the added pitches of the organizer would clash, but I could be wrong!! I’ll give it a try soon enough
