Hello Traveling Robert, I too have been to Asheville, NC. This place is awesome! So many places to see. The Biltmore Estate is absolutely beautiful. Robert, you should revisit the Biltmore Estate...it's Spectacular!
That food caught MY 👁 in the preview Robert 👍🏽. Now its ⌚ for ME to 🛋 back chill and relax too another Sunday episode of Riding In My RV, Lets GOOO!!. ❤ the pinball museum 🕹🆒. The Grove Park Inn🍺🍵🍔👌. What MEGA AWESOME VIEWS 😲😃 . Curate gonna 🍷🍡🍴☕🥓🥓hit that spot ya'll that's a must.
Asheville is a beautiful city, we have friends that visited there last fall and loved it. It’s wonderful that you took time to keep the camera rolling during these fun little stops as you neared the end of a very long and rewarding journey. Thank you for including interesting tidbits of wherever you are and whatever happens to be going on, no matter what it may be, and for sharing such a dependable “day in the life” perspective. It makes for great storytelling that’s effective and inspiring.. always. Can’t wait for the Westbound adventures to begin!
Nice tour,as usual! We were fortunate to have visited downtown Ashville between Christmas and New Year's 2023.It happened to snow the day we walked the city,so it was magical! Keep up the good work, Robert!
Beautiful travelogue. We've been to the Grove Park Inn twice. The last time in 2016 when we stayed in one of the rooms. It's a gorgeous area and so much to do. 😁
Another great video! 👍 Thanks for bringing us to beautiful Asheville. Looks like a very nice, clean town worth visiting. Our nephew lives there and loves it.
Great video! My wife and I (and her handicapped Sister) moved here (Hendersonville) from Miami a few years back. She is Cuban and I lived in Miami all my life. Biggest thing we missed was some authentic Cuban food. Next time you are up here, try Black Mountain for a visit, and try Cousin’s Cuban Cafe. Excellent Cuban food. They are cousins from Kendall area of Miami. Safe travels!
I saw both of your Asheville videos. Excellent as always. We were there in 2010 and need to go back. Great memories of the blue ridge mountains. Some very cool brew pubs too. Biltmore was outstanding. One place I would suggest is 12 bones barbeque. Long lines but it moves fast. Lots of art and music too.
Thank you Robert for taking us along on all your wonderful adventures and travels. Because of you me and husband became full time Rv’ers last October. We had our first long travel days out west to New Mexico to visit family and friends. My mother’s family is from SW New Mexico basically the dessert. It’s been a long trip we have figured out our traveling style isn’t long distance travel but more staying in one place for months at a time, me and my husband both have health conditions that’s it just to hard on us physically to travel that much and the driving can be very difficult for my husband especially on long travel days. Be blessed Robert and thank you for taking us along!! 🤗
That was a very relaxing episode. Asheville looks like a very nice place to visit. We hope to be in that area in late April or early May. Looking forward to it. As always, safe travels....
Pride is the mother of all sins :( I will say a prayer for the lost sheep- other than that excellent video as always! I hoped to see the spoon lady ;) thank you Robert! And beautiful bears probably mom and cub
Not everyone believes in your views…did you know there are over 4,000 religions? What makes yours the right one? I bet you all 4,000 of them have the same answer. Let people be and worry about yourself.
I love Asheville. I always stop at the French Broad Chocolate Lounge when I am in town. So much history too with the great Smoky Mountains national park being right there. Last year I stopped at the George Masa grave site to pay my respects for his work in making the park a reality. Forgot he also had a hand in the Appalachian Trail, but the sign at 17:48 reminded me Still have yet to go to the Grove Park Inn but it’s on my list. Great video
Omg, I think I camped in the same spot you were in at the KOA East. My brother lives in the Asheville area and I tend to try to camp at the Campfire Lodgings north of town. Has a wonderful overlook of the French Broad River and it is cheaper.
Wow, those are some healthy-looking bears! I imagine it would be quite a shock to open your front door and encounter them sniffing around. Asheville is a great walking town--too bad the Basilica was closed, the interior is really amazing. One cool thing about the Pinball Museum (besides the machines) is they have Initech TPS Report Forms at the bar. (They did not have cover sheets though, which would have really upset Bill Lumbergh 🙂) And speaking of pinball, if you're ever in the SF Bay Area again I highly recommend a visit to Pacific Pinball Museum in Alameda. Until next time, happy trails!
Nice video! There’s a similar pinball museum (with a bar and food) in Delray Beach, if you want to go back to one closer to home! (And also one in Chattanooga.)
Robert, what is your favorite national park? I only get a couple weeks vacation and I watched all of your videos, and glacier national park stands out most to me. If you had to pick one to visit, which would it be??
Beautiful video! The buildings were so nice. So sad though to see the judgemental comments over a simple festival. Some even commenting about Pride being a sin while they themselves exude pride & judgement in their outer opinions. Hope those people will try "JOY" !! It is so much more fun.
Beautiful campground, was that the KOA East Ashville in Swannanoa? I stayed there last year and it looks like the same place. I asked my question too soon as you showed that it indeed was KOA East later in your video. I stayed there in late July and loved it!
Robert when your picking RV parks to stay at are most daily rates ? but I’ve noticed in your videos that some campers are setup as they been there for awhile do they offer monthly or longer rates less than day rates? Just curious if some campers maybe seasonal!!
HI I had lost you but you popped up today and I went to look saw you had been here as the art district and places were destroyed in the hurricane it would be great if you could go back and show us clips of the before and after I would love it As I only getting to travel through you tube these days
Lazy Sunday at home and catching up with Robert's adventures.
You’re my favorite Cuban! 🤗🇨🇺
Nobody does travel like you Robert. The Old Cuban made me want to see Ashville myself.😊
"With a view of your neighbors sewer from your picnic table" Robert , love the irony humor thrown in😂😂

Asheville's such a beautiful city! Just wish it wasn't so expensive to live there.
Another great video! 👍 Thanks for bringing us to beautiful Asheville. Looks like a very nice, clean town worth visiting. Our nephew lives there and loves it.

Thank you for the Asheville tour. Great campground , we are adding it to our list. ❤
Love that! Dulcimer?my grandson likes your coffee.. espresso

Beautiful
I live 2 hours northeast of Nashville. I’ve yet to see any wild bears. It seems they don’t like my area of the mountains. Great video Robert.
As always, Thank you Mr. Robert.🍻

What makes it the right one? Well, it's certainly the only one attacked by willfully open sinners

Asheville is one year long Pride Festival. That is all they do there. and no parking.
An “Old Cuban” with a (few) 😂 oh I mean “view”. 😊😂 Your video makes us want to go! Thank you for what you do.
Old Cuban with a view looks nice! (You can decide which old cuban :P )

Great video!! Added a few things to my list for the next time I’m out that way!! Really want to try Curate!!! Thank you!
Very nice area Robert!
On my bucket list with blue ridge Pkwy
And natchez
Asheville surrounding area is also very nice
Nice video! There’s a similar pinball museum (with a bar and food) in Delray Beach, if you want to go back to one closer to home! (And also one in Chattanooga.)

If you had to pick one to visit, which would it be??
Glacier is definitely at the top. Yosemite, Grand Canyon, and any of the parks in Utah are also some of my favorites.
@@TravelingRobert thanks for your feedback, it’s much appreciated. I’m pretty sure glacier is my destination thanks to your videos.
Good morning from dunnellon Florida... raining
Raining in Ocala as well.

I've noticed for a long time, thanks to the musician in both of us that your camera shots generally (but not always) change in 4/4 time. lol.
Thanks for the tour of Ashville NC Mr Robert btw I got a question what kind of drone u use to have and you got and pros and cons
I have the Mavic 2 Zoom. Pros zoom good quality stability. Cons larger and heavier
@TravelingRobert thnx for that I was just wondering
Beautiful campground, was that the KOA East Ashville in Swannanoa? I stayed there last year and it looks like the same place. I asked my question too soon as you showed that it indeed was KOA East later in your video. I stayed there in late July and loved it!
when did you go here ?
September
Hey Robert can we camp a couple of night in Pelican Camp ? & How much ?
Hi, I’m not renting Pelicamp for now. Just our North Florida retreat.
Robert when your picking RV parks to stay at are most daily rates ? but I’ve noticed in your videos that some campers are setup as they been there for awhile do they offer monthly or longer rates less than day rates? Just curious if some campers maybe seasonal!!
Many RV parks have weekly and monthly rates.
Thank You Robert
Is this the campground where the rude fisherman was flinging water on you? Haha love this video!
Same campground
HI I had lost you but you popped up today and I went to look saw you had been here as the art district and places were destroyed in the hurricane it would be great if you could go back and show us clips of the before and after I would love it
As I only getting to travel through you tube these days
Whoa...I didn't realize Ashville was so developed. I'm both impressed and disappointed.
Rest in Peace Toby Keith
Hey there my friend be careful don't look straight into those people eyes you will be hypnotized
ЛАЙК !!! 😊👍
Its been a relentless topic since sept. 2022. Never prior.
Chick pea soup huh?
And I just hapoen to have a PKG
I've seen you pay $100 for a KOA that was a literal patch of concrete. How is this one so great for half that price?
Sometimes you pay for amenities, sometimes you pay for location, sometimes it is just nature.
#hometown
Hey Robert, I didn’t know you were gay! Does Illy know?? Just kidding!
NO Pride here.
Love TR’s videos 99% of the time but found this one a bit “less interesting” than the rest. 😕
Looking forward to future ones though.😊
Too bad Asheville has decayed into the toilet it is today.
PRIDE EVENT REALLY...
Love it.
