Hi there, can't we use gr.deleteRecord( ) inside while loop to delete multiple record that matches the filter.
var gr = new GlideRecord('incident');
gr.addQuery('priority','=','1');
gr.query( )
while (gr.next( ))
{
gr.deleteRecord( )
}
Above script should delete all the incidents having priority as 1.
