Any man preaching the incarnation/reincarnation of Christ as Haile Selassie 1st is totally dismissing the preaching of the cross concerning Christ's physical resurrection and the emperor's own words. Keep in mind that incarnation involves the spirit of God putting of flesh and reincarnation involves the spirit of a dead person putting on another body. Christ was resurrected and ascended in his own body which he presented to his disciples to handle so that they could know and understand that his resurrection was not only spiritual. So he doesn't need to be born from another womb in another body: that would make him another person.
There's a lot more that can be said on this issue but I'll finish with the words of the emperor and seal it with the Bible and you can think on whether what I say is consistent with what is written in the Bible and what the emperor himself teaches
