My girlfriend bought me a Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar 47mm after months of coming home and seeing me watching RUclips videos about Garmin watches. I honestly didn't know what to say, but I did propose to her a week later so.. yeah she surprised me so I had to surprise her lol

just got this watch coming from the shocking galaxy watch 4, damn thing was charging more than on my wrist, the activity functions are clunky to start with, but garmin just hit that start button an away i go!! thanks to the cool videos like this one here i managed to make the right decision the second time around, so thanks for making the video you saved me money aha
Broadcast HR can be done from the controls menu (you have to add the control), also, per workout, you can set the activity settings to broadcast HR as well

Ryan, please. How can I use the touchscreen lap on the activities? I can not use it on strength activity, I need to push the button... On the 955 solar, it could be done, but on the epix pro don't. Did you know why? Or there are some tip for me please. Thanks!

I just got it delivered today! It's really impressive (mine is 51 mm) and it has so many customizable features. I recommend getting the Connect IQ app besides the Connect one... Amazing!

how is the HRV stress (needs chest strap) differs from HRV by the watch (automatically)? I don't wanna use the chest strap ever again (before every workout? is garmin kidding!?) .___.
can the background on garmin epix 2 change the color background on the chest, not talkig about the watch face, but all the backgrounds you get where you go in the watch

same here. got the Fenix 7 pro because of battery life, but the functions are beyond everything I had previously owned. As I got it, I thought about returning it because of the size and weight. But in the end I think this is THE high end Sports watch.

Cordial greetings from Colombia, very good video please which epix pro you are reviewing is 47 or 51 mm. my wrist measures 17.4 CM which of the fos would you recommend and the other question is I have an epix 2 sapphire multiband I bought it in December 2022 do you think my watch is relegated and if it is worth switching to pro, the truth is wue Was the pro so recent? . Hey thanks for watching! This is the 47mm, but based on the size of your wrist I think the 51mm is going to look ok too, but not at comfortable as the 47mm. And about your second question, if you already own an Epix 2, I don't recommend upgrading to Epix Pro. Just not worth it!

Hey Ryan do you know which watch face Garmin makes it battery life claims from or which watch face gives the best battery life? I know some of these hi data field watch faces draw alot of power by constantly using things like pulse ox etc
That's true when it comes to those from third-party developers. But about the first part of your question, it's usually the watch face you see when you first turn on the watch. But also other watch faces from Garmin you see on the watch are just as good because they are way more efficient and have access to certain things when being developed that third-party developers don't.

They have the ability to see HRV now on the watch as 7 day average, last night, average chart, and baseline over last 4 weeks.

It's one of the stock watch faces. Just go to the watch faces and it should be there.

Turns out my Epix2 isn't pro, but I found the watch face elsewhere when I searched for Epix2 Pro2. It appears as Epix Pro on my watch face. Plenty of options.

It's more gray than anything else. It's just the lighting and its reflection. 🙂
It's slightly.lighter than the previous versions of the watch. But light makes it look lighter.
Is the screen reflective under light
The log hrv is only for saving to the files that are exported from the watch. Its been there for years.
That's what I said though in the instructions on how to use it, no?
