    Let him sit!! Don’t let these fans trick him into playing. Do bad this year, get great picks next year and get him a left tackle

      He'll sit not because of picks but because he is raw. Jacoby gives us the best chance to win right now.

      If he is the best QB in camp and gives them the best chance to win games he starts if not he sits. Pretty simple math. If he earns the job right away than good on him

    • @ramseykerkula7758

      @googlechicken nah still sit him. They have a brand new everything they need to gel first. OL needs to be figured out, offensive play, everything. I'm not putting a potential franchise QB out there to get killed. Your tripping. If this was a sturdy team that has already been playing together then that math works but they have no idea what they are doing at the moment until live game action. Of not a year thn after 3-5 games. We not making a superbowl no need to rush

    Sit him 12 games if we’re out the playoffs already put him in and get him some experience then go get o line and rb to compete with mondre in the draft

    Let him sit , build chemistry with the players . Surround him with talent over the next year and go for it all in '25 .

    I don’t know maybe sitting Maye for a few games then feed him into the games and see how he develops into a starting quarterback. Brisette is a backup at best he may win a few games but he is no Arron Rogers like the Packers did with their rookie quarterback. So in my opinion the Patriots will probably slowly feed Maye this season into the starting lineup.

    Play him .. he was drafted #3 not 53 lol Williams and Daniels won’t sit .I know that for sure

      Then he would show as ready, putting the team on his back, as much as I'd love that I doubt it

    Let Maye sit. Let him learn the system, coaches, and players. What you don't want, is him to get thrown to the wolves, and wash out to sea. Then, everyone flaps their lios saying Mayo and wolf screwed up drafting him. The patriots haven't had a good QB since Tom. Take this year and next year to build around him, and I believe he will ready to kill it.

      @@googlechicken Most 6th & 7th's are, go back a couple years and see how many 6 & 7's the patriots straight up released before the start of the season. It's really common at that point in the draft tbh.

    • @googlechicken
      @googlechicken 16 дней назад

      @@Sam69nice is that right? They got arguably the best receiver on their team last year in the 6th rd. In Demario Douglas And I’m pretty sure they got a QB 20 years ago in the 6th rd that turned out to be pretty good their have been a lot of picks late in the draft that turn out to be good players. Mike Onwenu was a 5th or 6th rd pick so why waste a pick on a guy you know is not an NFL caliber player

    • @Sam69nice
      @Sam69nice 16 дней назад

      @@googlechicken We've had some good luck in the later rounds don't get me wrong, but it's mostly just throw away picks at that point in the 6th and 7th, if somebody turns out good, great. If not, oh well. Happens all the time, they get cut when teams go down to 53 man rosters, then they bounce around a bunch of rosters for awhile until they find a good backup spot somewhere. You can find video's of GM's talking about this pretty much anywhere. You can also do a quick google search and find that the chance a 6th or 7th round pick even makes the team that drafts them is about 10%. If you want to talk QUALITY players, I.E decent starters that rate drops to 1-2% in the 6th and 7th. The chance of a 1st round pick being a quality player/starter is 53%...... Joe Milton will never compete with Maye for QB1 in NE. Guaranteed.
