    30 grams of dry yeast
    720 milliliters of lukewarm water
    120 milliliters of oil
    Instructions
    Prepare starter - Pour 100 grams of whole spelled flour into a bowl, one quarter teaspoon of dry yeast, 80 grams of lukewarm water, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 12 hours.
    After 12 hours put the mixer in the mixing bowl. Add 900 grams of whole spelled flour, 24 grams of salt, 50 grams of sugar, 30 grams of dry yeast and process as 1 minute. Gradually add 720 ml of lukewarm water, wait two minutes and gradually add 120 ml of oil. Process the dough for 10 minutes, cover with plastic wrap and bake 25 minutes.
    After 25 minutes, grease a 35 cm castan pan, transfer the dough to a mold, cover with the lid and swell for 10 minutes. In the meantime, light the oven to 200 degrees. After 10 minutes put the oven in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
    After an hour, place the bread on a cooling net until the bread reaches room temperature.
