Main bahar ka bht khati thi daily bimar hone se pehle isliye mujhe hua kyuki unhealthy unhygienic khana or paani peene se hota hai … pr maine ab chor dia ab 2 hafte me ek baar kabhi kha lrti hu… pr pehle 20 days me maine only ubli hui daal, khichdi only light food khaya tha without zada masala ek dm light salt, heavy khana ni kha skte pet me drd hota tha liver ke side… bht saari cheezo ka dhyan rkhna pdhta hai zada se zada paani pio gulcose wala ,ganne ka juice. Rest ache se kro no bhagna dodna.. bs lete rho bed me agr condition bht buri hai mere jese kyuki mujhse to leta bhi nahi jaata tha na khada hua jaata tha or na chla jaata tha mere liver side bht drd hota tha.. or thoda full bhi gaya tha vaha pe.. I know how painful this condition is ,I wish you a speedy recovery ❤️
