Watching that final was so exciting, I’m so happy for Cam! What an incredible moment after all that went into it

Audio was a little choppy but this was fun to hear. I was excited to hear him talking about One RM and trying to equate it to swimming. This is something I've been thinking about. Heading to a clinic this weekend in Indiana to hopefully learn more from Chris Plumb and others!

Ruslan Fathakov is the calisthenics legend who helped Cam with his pull ups.

If you're relying on a complete stranger to find what you're looking for in the video that you could find yourself, how will you have the discipline, drive and dedication to do the training 😂😂😂

His description is only in general terms, and even that is not in the language of swimming, but he using the "gym metaphore" (whatever that really means)--- unfortunately.

Could it be possible that Cam recorded it himself? Maybe we'd get better audio. It misses a lot of Cam's dialogue on the trip around the world...
