Hello Harvey, I'm wondering if you knew about a small issue with the heating in my Skoda Fabia mk1.
Heating works fine, but it's either cold or very hot.
If I turn the knob on 19°C, it's cold.
if I put it on 20°C, I can hear that it blows air a little more and it's super hot. It stays super hot, whatever the temperature selected.
I have to turn it back to ''cold'' and then put it back on 19°C, then it's blow warm air for 4-5 min, then blasting hot again.
Is there an interior air temp somewhere?

@@floflospeed24 the interior temp sensor is behind a small grill on the front panel of the climate control unit. Just take this panel off to get at it and clean it, it's prone to collecting dust. The other issue will be the temp control flapper motor which often fails intermittently. I haven't done a video on this yes, but plan to.

I think there is another temperature sensor inside the vents but not sure what that one is controlling

Often little electrical niggles caused by damp corroded connections. There is quite a lot of electrics and electronics in these cars that are getting rather old now :-)

Very silly question but how are you cycling through the clock to show the temperature? I've only ever seen the clock 😅
On the end of the right hand stalk there is a toggle button.
@HatBoyHarvey if my Skoda has a toggle, I'm handing my man card back first thing tomorrow 🤣🤣
