One thing i love about new jean's choreography is that it uses a lot of freeform choreography. I'm not a dancer so idk what it would be actually called. But as you pointed out in certain moments of thier choreo they are all doing like traditional synchronized choreographed moves but then they add like a free twist on it with wild hands, or everyone kind of doing a different hand gesture and it adds a lot of fun and youth to their choreo. 13:19 like here they are all spinning but everyone's hands are different or this moment with the leg choreo 11:06 everyone is doing the same move but it's at different rates so it feels more natural, their choreo doesn't feel like choreo it feels like a group friends dancing together and it makes it so much more fun to watch
Thats why i laugh hard when i saw that video saying newjeans doesnt have the swag in stage and is very low in stage presence. People really forgot the old school dance vibe which is more nicer to see
