    When you accept someone’s hard-earned $$$, you owe the customer some communication. Its disrespectful and needs to be fixed.

      I have to say that orders placed should take some priority. Again it's hard earned money that has now been spent on the item. At the same time their communication needs to not only be main priority, but also accurate. I was quoted the same handling time in a message as i was on the order, not in addition to but as the expected timeframe. Accuracy goes a long way in customer satisfaction but again those orders already placed need to be sent out not only to satisfy customers but also keep some employment where applicable.

      AMEN brother, They always claim that they’re backed up due to the holidays but you think year after year they actually prepare and hire more employees because more people are going to be ordering Sabres

    They sent me a saber that was defective and started burning within a half hour of it turning on. 3 emails and multiple calls and absolutely no response. I want my money back because I have a $200 lightsaber hilt collecting dust on my desk that should be functional. So disappointing. :(

      From what im seeing on their fb page file a complaint with your credit card company for a full refund for a defective product and let them know youve made effort to contact US and they have failed to respond to you or fix this issue. They need to start taking better care of their customers instead of just taking people money or just deciding to go silent. Not acceptable.

    At the very least, they should change their website saying 3-4 weeks to 7-8 weeks and be honest to customers. At least then people know what to expect.

      Eduardo Sarmiento Finally someonewith a good experience, man you just got my hopes back up, hopefully it gets better because sometime before christmas i’m going to order a fairly customized on screen accurate lightsaber from them called the Fulcrum and i mean you know it’s not no Diamond Saber or whatever they call it that has full top notch upgrades, i just plan on getting the green color blade with the basic soundboard and other small aesthetic personal preferences to fully match how the lightsaber actually looks like and that’s pretty much it.

    My saber broke when I attempted to replace the batteries.they left zero slack for the wiring. I sent the saber back. They would not respond to my emails. 3 weeks later the repaired saber was returned. Attempted to pull the battery pack pack and again a wire snapped. Never again will I order from this company

      I think you were just too aggressive with the wires, I have ordered multiple of their lightsabers and none of them have broken. But hey, I can't stop you if you want to go shop at Saber shit.

    Ive ordered a few sabers
    June 26: Fulcrum stunt saber
    June 28: double blade phantasm v4 initiate stunt saber
    July 19: Electrum Wind with emerald driver
    July 22: Archon 3.1 with emerald driver
    July 23: Graflex ce and chosen one ce
    I’ve sent emails and Facebook messages asking about the first 2 orders.
    So I’ll post updates on any responses I get and ship times if I receive my sabers.
    Edit: The archon shipped on July 29 and scheduled delivery is August 1

    This is my first order with them and I've been told 3 times that they would make sure that my order ships within the time they told me. I remain patient and optimistic but its not looking like they'll get no more business from me. Everyone else is really expensive as well.

    Ordered a Mystery Box saber, figuring grabbing a box out of the warehouse would be quicker than custom ordering. There's still time for them to ship within their drawn-out assembly period, but idk what's so hard about grabbing a random hilt. Going with Kyberlight next time.

    If you are one of Ultrasabers' more fortunate customers you may receive a correspondence from them at around week 8. A CSR will send an e-mail indicating that they are aware that you haven't received your saber within the requisite lead-time (which, according to the canned e-mail, is about 4 weeks). At this point the order is fast-tracked and will usually arrive within 2-3 business days. You will also receive a 20% off code that doesn't have an expiration date. I was actually able to utilize this CSR to reconcile issues that I had with my Empress pre-order, among other issues, which was appreciated. I've found that this experience was a bit uncommon, but has been reported from some other customers. I believe that this practice is probably occurring when the parts are readily available for the particular saber that someone has ordered, which is the main reason that this event does not seem to occur for everyone. Ultrasabers' customer service seems to be a, essentially, a triage situation no longer rooted in policy, but rather simply designed to appease at random... so as to get the word out that "some" customer service is indeed happening (though appearing whimsical in nature). It is, by far, the hottest hot mess that I have experienced customer-service wise from any company... EVER.

    A friend of mine ordered what would have been his first lightsaber ever from Ultra. It took them 6 weeks to tell him (after numerous emails from him) to tell him what he ordered no longer *exists*

    I actually had a response to my initial question regarding an order, it took 10 days. However I am currently waiting 6 weeks for a basic stunt saber and am disappointed.

    My order was shipped exactly 4weeks after ordering. It was a stunt saber in guardian blue. Maybe the complexity of the order can delay it further.

    Like the owner of this video, my first custom lightsaber was purchased from Ultrasabers only a few months ago. This is rough, because my first experience with this company is with their horrid customer service. When I ordered my Grand Master sabers, the website said they were in stock and would ship in 3-4 weeks. I thought that was awesome! 5 weeks later, the order still said "processing" on their site, so I contacted their customer service. A few days later, I did actually get an email from a person who only then informed me that the Grand Master was not in stock (despite what was shown on their website), and if I wanted, I could change to one of the other colors, as they actually were in stock. It took another email to confirm how long it would take for the normal Grand Master to be in stock again (3 more weeks), so I had them change my order to the LE version (gold instead of black). It wasn't too long after that that I received the lightsabers. The sabers themselves are wonderful, but the blades they came with were covered in dust, both inside and out - the inside dust issue really affects the blade color.
    In the end, I get that they're busy, and Covid is wrecking everyone, but at the same time they keep running sales and specials. If you're THAT overwhelmed with orders, then why are you still putting up sales and specials to boost more sales? And whether or not your manufacturing, receiving, and assembly team is busy, you should have your own customer service team separate from that who could keep your customers informed on sudden changes in availability. A customer should never have to reach out 5 weeks after an order to find out that their order would be delayed for at least 3 weeks past that point.
    I still love Ultrasabers, and I think their products are wonderful, but they absolutely need to shape up or they will easily find themselves losing returning business.

    I have 5 sabers from them. I’m a huge fan. Bought another for a family member. I placed a an Feb 1 with their new promotion. I’m NOT pleased with their customer service. This is absolutely a customer service failure. I’m patient. I can wait for some lightsabers. But to go dark is moronic.

    I ordered 4 sabers on may 21. It’s been almost ten weeks. I’ve email, I’ve called, and I’ve been on several forums trying to reach them. Nothing, I’ve received zero information about if my ordered has even processed or has been sent out. I live in the us so I feel like 10 weeks is too long. I understand the effect that a global pandemic has on a company but they haven’t sent an official statement saying there backed up or anything. I can’t even cancel my order because they don’t respond to emails. I’m just frustrated.

    Hello! I appreciate your video and I agree with everything you stated. I bought my first saber from them, with the winter giveaway coupon, a month and a half ago. I spent $330.00 on it with my parents, because it was my birthday, and being a lifetime Star Wars fan, I was ecstatic to finally get my own lightsaber. At the time of ordering the saber, I had only read good reviews and seen good videos about UltraSabers. And about a week after my order, I started getting worried, because I was told that I would receive an email within a week, telling me that the saber was built and shipping. So currently, about 6-7 weeks later, I haven’t received any emails. Except for their “thank you for choosing US, we take pride in... blah blah blah”. I have sent them 6 emails asking for help. And no response. I’m getting worried. It was supposed to be a fun birthday present. And now I’m wondering if I should cancel my order, but, being a broke teen, I’d be losing 20% of my purchase. This is freaking bull crap. I’m so annoyed and hurt. I hope to hear back, any advice would be great.

    I love how they have the balls to send me coupons for discounts for more sabers when they can't even fill their current orders on time. I ordered mine on the 7th of this month. So still within lead time estimates.... quickly approaching 4th week.... not holding my breath. I'm excited to get my lightsaber but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again until they get their act together.

    So I emailed ultrasabers around maybe 5 days ago. I told them to please find out what’s happening. One day later, I got a response from an actual person saying that I ordered it 23 days ago (remember that this was five days ago) and he said it would come this week, which it probably won’t, but I’ll be waiting...

    Omg...I called, emailed, FB messages...was randomly sent auto-responses on both. Finally got through to actual person, but they were zero help. Ended up blocked on FB and offered a coupon for next time (useless). I had questions first. Then after a slew of messages I finally got my sabers. They were rattling and parts popped off with simple non-strike use. These were supposed to be "combat-ready"... I got the Fallen as one saber, and it literally has "fallen" apart after a few days and a few strikes. Several messages later they basically said to fix it myself and then stopped responding. I filed a claim on PayPal, which they fought and argued... Now I have an okay saber after my own work fixed it, and I'm out $300 with horrible hours of negative customer service!!! Don't bother with them. Sabers are just okay, but company is absolute JUNK!!!

      I am having a similar issue. Within a couple of hours after receiving my saber the green LED went out on me and now I only have blue and red colors I can use. Also as I try to upload new fonts it doesn't seem to want to acknowledge them. I have messaged him several times and I've gotten no answer.

    I ordered my ultrasaber 2 months ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve called and emailed them several times with no response. I’ll be canceling the order and leaving them a bad review due to there late delivery time and HORRIBLE customer service. When people save hard earned money to buy something they want, they should have the privilege of getting customer service and semi fast shipping.

    Well said. My current order just passed the 9 week mark. I placed it back in January and, like so many others, they haven't replied to any of my emails. I'm sure the saber will show up eventually and I'm sure I'll love it... but I can't continue to do business with a company who treats their customers like this. You're absolutely right... Ultrasabers has failed the community.

    I ordered mine February 10th. Was sent an email saying it would be shipped in 1-2 days last week. I don’t expect it to be here for a long time but I understand with all the panic and chaos that comes with the pandemic. I may order again after everything calms down but not now.

      This is how I feel. But while I do agree with everyone saying that a company should never go silent on their customers whom are paying $300 to $1,000 or more for it's product...I'm trying to cut them a little slack because there's a freaking PLAGUE of doom going on right now. But they should at least be responding to emails, no question. I still don't know if my latest saber order (which is supposedly shipping this week) will have the right color covertech wheel, because they never responded to my email. I will probably get 1 more saber from them later down the road if I survive the plague, but for now, I'll leave them be.

    Just recieved my order today. Mine definitely took closer to the 7 to 8 week timeframe. It's an absolutely awesome piece, but I was a little disappointed in the shipping time. I'm hoping that they can get their things in order. Now, coming from a manufacturing background, I do understand how easy it is to start falling behind when it comes to getting orders finished and completed, but at the same time that's the death trap that many businesses fall into and will go to die. I really hope that they can turn things around and catch up

    I ordered my ultrasaber back in November of 2019. I received it around late December/early January. Around late April/early May I began having issues with the lighting. Not sure if there is a defect in the LEDs or wiring. I messaged Ultrasabers in May. Since then I have contacted them several times, and not once have I gotten a reply back. Its almost November and soon my warranty will be gone. This lack of communication makes me really hesitant to suggest this company to any of my friends. I want to support them because I absolutely love their light sabers, but it is hard to recommend a company when they have zero customer service.

    I ordered a saber 2 months ago. I had to email them 3 times before I got a response but when they did respond they shipped my order the next day. It’s annoying at how long they took to ship it and to reply to my email but when they did respond it was very genuine and thoughtful. They even gave me a 20% off coupon non-expiring (but that is probably not rare).

    I ordered a Saber end of Jan and was told 15 weeks so I was prepared for a long wait, 4 weeks after I placed my I order I requested a change, they emailed me a day later saying it had been made, by the 9th week I had my saber

    I have to say, I ordered my first Saber in early February. It was a very basic model. The website stated around a 4 week lead time. Around 4 weeks I got an email checking so I answered their email.. they told me when it would ship and that I’d receive a tracking number when it shipped. Sure enough, I got the tracking and my product very soon afterward. I even got a upgrade part. Can’t get better than that!

    Thanks for the video, love your 2 sabers!
    6 weeks tomorrow, living in EU so I would expect at least 1 or maybe 2 weeks AFTER I get the email so this would be close to 8 weeks assuming I get the shipping email soon..
    I understand they are being hammered due to Covid-19 so I was willing to give them a bigger cushion for wait times...however, when I placed my order their May the Forth sale was on and I didn't think twice about it. But now after waiting several weeks, the consensus being they are heavily backlogged, they now have yet another "sale"...come on, if you're that heavily backlogged, clear that before having promotions that will cause a further increase in order numbers.
    Honestly, I'm very close now to raising a dispute with PayPal to get the money back for both my orders (2nd order placed on 3rd June) if they do not reply to give a real update (not a bot reply that others are reporting).
    One of my main fears is right now that in a rush to get orders out I get a less than quality saber as i don't know where I would stand being outside the US

    I placed an order 6 and a half weeks ago, have since been told it would ship in 2-4 business days, it didn't. Then I was told one of my hilts was out of stock, and then they haven't shipped anything or communicated in any way for two more weeks. Also a friend placed an order similar to mine a week AFTER I did, and he has already revived his order after getting a similar complication to mine. I am beyond frustrated with their seemingly random choice of who is and is not getting their orders made, and their lack of transparency about what is going on/how long an order will take is really putting me off the entire hobby.
    EDIT: Okay, so now my order has FINALLY shipped, after a whopping 54 days. It hasn't arrived yet, but should within the week. Another thing, I had about a week or so after my first order placed a second, which has arived befroe my first order, and came missing the brass screws and covertec wheel that come standard on the Prophecy. So do with that as you will.

    My order was on processing only five days and I will get it the day after tomorrow. So for me it took one and half week. The saber that I will get is fallen le with fire orange Led and obsidian v4 soundboard. And since I live in Finland I was pretty afraid because it could take several months. It is sad that some people have had bad experiences while ordering from ultrasaber :(

      Same thing happend to me, currently 9 weeks. But the thing is on the 11 March, they emailed me saying that it will shipped within 2 working days but because I made two request, I dont mind waiting for a few more days. Then after which they said one of my sabers is out of stock. Basically they flat out lied to me on the 11 March.

    I'm just over 4 weeks on a main order and somewhere around three weeks for a Mystery Box. Both as of right now are at Processing and after an email awhile back that I had sent out leads times were stagnate of roughly 4 weeks. With everything I've been hearing, I wouldn't be surprised if both were around 7-8 weeks before they ship and/or arrive. I'm both annoyed with the lack of communication for one, but with the state of the world right now I can understand most aspects of orders.

    I ordered 2 mystery boxes on March 19th and they came on the 26th. I also ordered 2 more sabers and an extra blade on the 26th after receiving my mystery boxes and I’m currently waiting for the order to process. Hopefully it goes through soon I don’t want to wait as long as some of the other customers I’ve been hearing about.

    I bought a saber back in February. I can understand delays for various reasons. What makes me mad is that they dont seem to respond to anyone (including me and my 3 emails over the past few weeks) and they seem to put an emphasis on getting more money from extending their mid winter sale when they can't even handle the order that have yet they want more people to buy. I'd be understanding with most things but over a month and not a single email reply? That's just insulting to me as a customer. This is my first buy from them but there are better products out there for the amount I spent so I think this might be my last.

    I ordered 2 lightsabers from Ultrasabers in Jan 18th 2020. It still has not shipped. I messaged the Ultrasabers company on facebook and got a reply. They said they would ship my preset within 1-2 business days. I been about a week and half. No order has ban shipped.

They were supposed to be a birthday present for our kids! Too late! We won't be using them again! Little tip, google pay is the only way to get their attention! 😁

    The worst thing also is the fact many are complaining that when their orders do arrive they come scratched up or defective. I will probably be cancelling my orders if I dnt get and update from them soon and in no way am i putting ip with their 20 percent restocking fees as they have failed on their part and the product was never shipped or made at all. They really do need to up their game and start providing better service and quality products. They are behind the times including better internal components to protect the soundboards and wiring.

    I received an email asking if I had received my saber. I changed the mailing address since it was supposed to be shipped at my job's address but we are currently on lockdown. It is the first time that I order from them and really upset me fact that I sent them an email asking if they had changed my address as requested and instantly get an automated message stating pretty much that they are unable to answer at a reasonable time. I was relaxed but out of nowhere they but me in a world of confusion without a proper answer. I looked at some blogs and they would state that if it was a Diamond sound board then based on their experience, the wait time was 2 months. I feel like I don't know what the hell is going on and buying from them perhaps was not the right choice.

    I just ordered a mystery box 3 days ago. Now that I’m going through the comments, I think that I made a mistake. I’ve been seeing ads for ultra sabers for months so I got interested. But there is also something that is a key factor in this whole issue. COVID-19. The company may not be able to work as effectively as they normally would. And it’s not just ultrasabers. I’ve made about three different online purchases from various websites such as eBay and Amazon and my orders haven’t come for a few weeks. The postal service is struggling as well. Please try to understand what these companies are going through. I’m in no rush to get my mystery box. As long as I get my order I’m happy.

    I ordered one of their Dominix V2 sabers as my very first. I've been watching your videos for a while to try and get a good feel for each company, but I ordered mine in January. That was when the "Holiday Season" post-Rise of Skywalker happened, and then Corona hit and they released their statement about the overseas components. The LEAD TIME said 3-4 weeks but I waited 6-7 after sending 3 emails over the span of those weeks. It wasn't until halfway through week 6 that they replied, apologizing for their wait time. I was furious before, but they upgraded my shipping and gave me a coupon code after all that for 20% off my next purchase. So I wasn't exactly thrilled with it, but I was, at the time, just relieved to know it was on the way. I'll be waiting until all of this blows over to even consider buying from them again.

    I recently made an order from this company. The order came within a couple days, the only problem is that the chassis of the saber was obviously used and so far all they have sent me back is a premade email about machining lines. Scratches and dings ain't machine lines man! I am a CNC operator myself and I know the difference! I'm still hopeful that they have changed from their obvious history of crappy customer service, but this and other videos aren't making me feel very good about it.

      They really don’t respond to emails, but the raffle isn’t fake. I ordered my first lightsaber 5 weeks ago and I won the raffle for a random lightsaber. The bad thing is I still don’t have the lightsaber, and the raffle prize says it will take around 8 weeks before shipping.

    I ordered mine back on January 30th. Nothing too extravagant, just an initiate stunt saber.
    2 months later, still hasn't finished processing, I messaged them and they replied that they had to increase the lead time to 4 weeks.
    6 weeks later, still processing. I message them about it and they said that it'll personally be overseen and shipped in two days time and offered a 20% off coupon on a future purchase. 8 days later, still processing.
    I get that the pandemic really wreaking havoc with businesses all over the country, but they could at least be honest about how long it's actually going to take to make the dang thing.

    I bought a double bladed saber on January the 30th and my brother bought one on February the 15th and his came last Thursday. Everytime i send an email i get an automated reply no matter who from the customer service team it is. I also asked for a refund around 2 weeks ago on both of the sabers and they ignored it and still proceeded to deliver the most expensive saber. Unacceptable.

    Update: These guys have improved their customer service astronomically. I emailed them yesterday about shipping and got an email today regarding my question. The reason they weren’t responding was due to technical issues on their end, but they have fixed this now. I would say a solid 4/5 stars for customer service, they’ve definitely improved.

That was nearly a week ago now. I love their products and I’m trying to understand as best I can but it’s getting frustrating.

    I ordered a dark graflex on February first and got an snail Sunday saying that it would arrive April second. That’s a whole two months and the whole time i never got an update on my order except for that email a month ago. I understand that the pandemic and surge in popularity took a toll on their ability to fulfill their orders on time. It’s still disappointing only thing that makes me cut them some slack is it’s arriving on my birthday but that’s bitter sweet when you’ve waited so long. I’d still order from them again but I’m going to wait for a few months once everything calms down.

    My experience doesnt seem to be as bad as everyone else’s. I ordered an Initiate V2 in February or something and it came in about a month. Still, it was a week after they said it would be delivered. I emailed them several times, got a response for about 80% of them. I got a coupon code for 20% off my next purchase. I have just ordered a new saber, (Dark Apprentice LE V5) yesterday and I’m just waiting for it to ship. I’ll update my experience from here on:

    They're pushing the mystery boxes pretty hard. I got mine within a week. I then ordered an empty hilt and an adapter and it went almost 3 weeks in processing. After ignoring about 4 of my emails I messaged them on Facebook and the next day they got off their asses and mailed it. I'd say they did so begrudgingly considering they didn't even supply a screw for the blade.

    I ordered a lightsaber on January 17 this year. And it was a basic stunt sabre with a stand. Now I have not received anything yet. (3 months later) Now I thought it might have been because I was located in Australia and it needed to be shipped here or also due to the new world problems. But the least they can do is respond to my emails. I don't mind waiting but just acknowledge that I placed an order 3 months ago with no communication on what happened. They were quick to take my money but still have not sent or replied to any of my emails.

    I'm pretty sure they recently fired a bunch of their customer service team because they were mass deleting emails. So I'm glad they started to fix the issue, I've noticed a significant upgrade recently. The only main issue I had with my most recent saber was USPS's fault.

    Over a month ago I ordered a $75.00 mystery box saber and it took a week to come in. I must have gotten super lucky with that one. I ordered a $200 mystery saber about 3 weeks ago and im still waiting for it to arrive. Thought maybe it would take about a week like the last one but probably just got lucky. Hopefully it comes in soon

    Just giving my overall experience; I placed my first order on June 1 for 5 sabers and 4 giveaway sabers. That order shipped out on July 13, so 6 weeks processing time for 9 sabers; I consider that reasonable but I also think I got lucky; they're dealing with a lot of material shortages. I did email them a few times over the course of those 6 weeks with various questions and the longest I had to wait for a reply was 2-3 days. Which, while fine for me, really shows the issues they're having as I know a lot of people on the Saber Forum website aren't getting replies at all. I'm excited about what I ordered and plan to order again some time, but I really hope they get their issues resolved. Hopefully it's just a side effect of the 2020 craziness and is just temporary.

      Just a further update: I pre-ordered the Princess in late July, it shipped out the end of August, no problems with the saber whatsoever. I do have a Dominix on backorder from late June, but still, any emails I send to the company asking about it, I don't need to wait long for a reply; they've offered me a few alternatives but since this is a Christmas gift, I've been content to wait for now, and they gave me a 20% off coupon code as an apology. I know they have issues, but my own experience with them has still been a good one.

    Two months for a saber isn’t too bad, but I would suggest you guys to get your sabers from YDD, Yanqing or LGT sabers for the same price, because you’ll get your sabers within 1 month or even quicker(if you buy from Amazon or EBay), also the sound card is much better as well, for the same price of 150 dollars, you can get 2 super soundboard RGB sabers fromLGT sabers but only an empty hilt from Ultrasabers

    So. i ordered 7 light sabers on the Feb 13th. got the Franken saber discount codes. i order them intent for my Wedding day/pictures for the wedding. With the Covid-19 going on we had to cancel the wedding. sorry for short rant/trying to get over that. but i just got my sabers today. I had sent 3 e-mails never got response. I am missing the Frankensaber or a mystery box saber. i really in joy the sabers. Great when you actually get them. its just getting your hands on them.

    Order placed on June 8th, 2020. I've sent emails to four different Ultra Saber addresses, including a customer service rep that I had contact with back in January. I've called them, hint: don't bother, it will say the mailbox is full. I've left comments on their Facebook page. All of these have resulted in zero contact or response. Today I got a "Ultrasabers.com delivery confirmation - Response Requested". Their website still says "processing". How do they not have a decent handle on if they've delivered a product or not?

      You are fortunate that your order shipped quickly. Although Ultrasabers lists a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks on their website, there are widespread reports of Ultrasabers orders taking 2-3 months or more to ship. I hope you enjoy the saber when it arrives!

    just an FYI... i would use PayPal if you really need to order a Saber from ultrasabers. This way you can do a dispute with Paypal since Ultrasabers doesnt feel its necessary to respond to emails AND paypal will refund you shipping if you have to ship a defective saber back. I would also verify your able to remove the battery compartment for those of you who didnt order the recharge ports

I emailed and got a polite response that "it will take 3-4 weeks" ... I know that Ultrasabers... It has already been over 4 weeks. I am... Nervous... To say the least.

I understand the pandemic affecting businesses, and even poor employees messing up emails and losing them, but to not respond at all to customers is unacceptable. over 1000 dollars spent and not even an automated response

I finally got a response saying that they would ship my order out in 1-2 days guaranteed. Well now it’s April and I haven’t heard anything since and I still have no order. Feels bad

    We all hope someone from US is watching because they are definitely failing. They need to stop taking orders and saying things are in stock. They have already lost a huge percentage of their loyal customers/fans when all it really took was honesty and proper response time and sending out quality products not defective products which people are now starting to complain. I will no longer be buying from US because to go silent or send out defective products just for the sake of completing orders is ridiculous and atrocious. Great vid SS..

    I ordered mine February 12th and I got a email March 31st asking if I got it and I said no and they said they would send it in 1-2 shipping days and send the shipping details and it still haven’t arrived as of April 8th.

    i ordered one a month ago and it hasn't come and then today i emailed them and they responded in a day. they said it'd be shipped in 1-2 days and gave me a 20% off coupon.

    I ordered from Ultrasabers on April 5th and I'm really excited to get my saber! I have actually had a decent experience with customer service so far. I emailed them twice to tweak things about my sabers and they were happy to do so. I did call them at one point and I thought it was odd that their mail box was full. Anyway! I just hope it gets here on time and is in good condition because some of these comments worry me!

    Its been close to 2 months since I ordered the Spectre model and I haven't gotten a response aside from their auto-replies, im not gonna be ordering from Ultrasabers for a while if ever again after it finally shows up
