This song played in Tempe a few months ago had a strong Pixies-esque sound to it. I am hoping to hear that version again someday. It was bumped from the setlist for This Life I Have, which is excellent also.
The chorus for Where Are You Now is taken from Where Is My Mind by the Pixies, they didn't even bother to change the title much. I suspect that was deliberate on the Wrecks' part simply as an homage to them. Of course, it is also the second line of this song.
