Seeing Hunter fly planes seems very easy, but it requires great skill and great reasoning to perform these maneuvers, destroy the enemy and still come out alive using countermeasures. I recently started with planes, and it's very complex, very different from a land vehicle, where you just walk and shoot.
One big mistake I notice with AA players is that a lot of the times they stay in very predictables spots in their spawn (I understand in some maps the spawn is the only best cover you got) but sometimes you gotta position yourself differently so you get easier kills and without the possibility of getting picked easily.

Interesting to see that most Spaa players don't intercept / know they can intercept large weaponry Edit : I have played Adats and pantsir, and I have given cas a run for their money as I will mostly use my spaa missiles as defense
I find the 2000lb paveways frustrating, it’s a lot of weight to take them out but they’re the only ones with IOG, so they work really well against stationary targets if they lose the laser

Even In sim it is hard to play. The AA still smacks u outta the sky if you get to close while locking your mavericks. Overall though people that don’t know what they are doing In Migs you can sometimes out turn them, and my gr.7 isn’t even spaded yet, I’m missing a lot of the best engine mods.
I like using the US tech tree harrier (I don’t remember the designation) to land on bases and stuff I usually take zunis and then try to look for opportunities to meme and land on caps using the hover
That hit on the ztz at 16:30 is so infuriating, 56kg of tnt explosive and nothing. That and the blowing up mid air makes the agm65 so annoying to play sometimes.
Speaking of Aviation, how come planes physics and gameplay feels more realistic in Ground RB while it boarders on “arcade” style in Air RB? Wouldn’t that settings be more suited for Air RB, especially at top tier where sharp turns are punishable with wing breaking and less G-force tolerance?
I hate red marks and that silly virtual radar top right corner of the screen in Air RB, AI planes\SPAA all over the place, diamond missile marks, and 5 mins battles, how people enjoy that? I really don't know. I had the energy to learn flying planes in sim with keyboard buttons just because I don't want to play Air RB lol.
Can't wait to get the GR7. I've always gounf it funny how the 2F becomes the TES with the armor upgrade and then you're just the TES until the Black Night
@@Hunter_i86 Oh, no wonder my A-10A Late couldn't do that. Thanks! Speaking of the A-10A Late, you should try it out with the new Maverick lofting buff. The lofting significantly helps out the plane due to its naturally low flight speed. Additionally, it's only at BR 10.3, so it doesn't meet the Pantsir or any other 11.7 SAM. I've had a great time with it thus far, with plenty of x4 or even x5 kill feeds.
I search how augment my range of groun targets detection, its impossible to see them until 12km average, many times less....so stupid with so long range weapon especially vs pantsir! How fight with chance especially for me and my team in SQB, its bored!

Hunter. Maybe you know this by now, but with Laser pod and mavericks, if you pull off too far the pod cannot keep looking there and the mavericks will not know where to go, exploding
It's not fully reliable, it works if the target you want locked stays still or about 1 tank length away from its original position for long enough for the maverick to get into its tracking range, after that it's locked on the actual vehicle and not the ground anymore, so it will follow it wherever it goes, unless it drives past other (dead) targets or goes behind cover. For the mavericks the tracking range is roughly 3, 6 and 9-10km for the AGM-65A, B and D respectively.
The A-7E could get mavericks, HE ones, but I don't think it's going to get it ever. Next bet is to wait for the A-6E SWIP, probably will take some time still.
You should make a video for US, RU, and PRC using all of the vehicles from Battlefield. E.g. M3A3, M1A1, LAV AD, A-10, AH-1Z, M3A3, AH-6M for US 🦅 p.s. Battlefield theme music is required
Turn off "seeker automatic stabilization" in the game options. This way after exiting the TV camera or some targeting pod cameras (like the LANA FLIR) it saves the position you were looking at.
@@AnthonIvanov It does stay. See 8:14 for example. Anyway, to answer the orignal question, all targeting pods don't kick you out of the sight, no need to do anything special. If you don't have a targeting pod, then there is no solution, because those TV sights are part of the missile/bomb and if they are shot off you don't have access to them anymore, hence you get kicked off the sight.

Sorry my friend but it is mixed since 2014. This is not world of tanks :) War Thunder is a combined arms game like battlefield and ARMA where tanks can be killed by planes and planes can be killed by AA vehicles.
Def not complaining, obviously the f14b is way better. Just really surprising they are already giving us an advanced gen 4 multi role and we still have so much other stuff that could be added. Also just really want the av8b. But I also want the f14b so I guess it's fine? Hopefully it gets added soon
Its sad that i stopped playing top tier NATO because of having to fight multipe pantsirs at once. If I play US, max I'll play is 10.7 and I rarely get 11.7 games. Then with the F16 and GBU8s are great but so easy to shoot those out the sky. Pantsir is so easy to play. I have a 3 KD in it against air. All the odds are against the pilot. Now, if CCRP had longer distances with dumb bombs then that'd be fine but... I've tried CCRP bombing against AA doesn't work with GBU8's and dumb bombs max range i've been able to drop was 8 KM. You still have to keep ur plane perfectly level almost, meaning u can't defend and easy target for sams.
To be honest its sad that you need all that positioning to just have one maverick shot off and it just gets shot down, even then its insane how few spaa players try to shoot down agms with missiles

Yeah because 60% of maps don't allow you to get out of spawn because you'll die to enemy tanks.
Yeah and then i see you outside your spawn in my fast boi and I hunt you down if your team isnt dominating, so its really a situational thing
they dont even know how to disable spot radar or change to IRST mode for track radar

I love using the mavericks on Harrier Gr7 to take out Kamovs. It’s a waste I know, but it’s soooo satisfying when it hits.

I wasn't aware that you could launch from 14km and expect a kill now. In all my experience, it's always been 8km, otherwise it self destructs

What setting is it to stay in the targeting pod camera? I always get switched to the cockpit camera after an AGM launch.
It does not stay. Just notice Mr Hunter switches to the 3rd person view to launch a maverick and then he switches to the pod camera again.
