Whenever I carve my nose runs hard and allergies kick in bad, tried Benadryl and knocked me out half the day, maybe I’ll try some honey, might join your school too, you do really really good work, ty for sharing, and does it cost anything to join your school on this stuff?

The local honey is a great help for many people. I use a Neilmed brand sinus rinse. It rinses your sinus cavities with a saline solution. That can be relieving for you.
