  • Lets start off 2023 by being more productive in our workspaces! The best way to start that transition into better productivity is to get yourself a tool belt. Once you realize how much time you're wasting looking for things, you'll wonder why you hadn't gotten one sooner!
I'm not selling toolbelts, or getting paid to talk about them, I just wanted to share what has helped save me so many hours, and is a small step towards being more productive in my own space. Having said that, I have a few affiliate links to some items similar to what I've talked about, so if you are interested, here they are.

4ft led type B are $7.50 a piece in my area so 5 fixtures 2 lamps per fixture equals $75 before taxes then just delete the ballast, no need to get rid of the fixtures

Mine were 8 foot fluorescent that used two 8 ft long tubes. Also they were the old style ballast that wouldn't come on if the temp was below about 50 degrees. I replaced them with 8 ft led

@ReeseCustoms yea its ridiculous the 8ft led t8/t12 type B (ballast delete) are $20 a peice around here so yea it would have cost $200 to convert your old fixtures

Hey man, enjoyed listening to your perspective on things. Is there any reason in particular that you personally use a belt over an apron? Also, you should check out self centering punches, so your not limited to the few sizes the drill bits come in.

Thank you! I prefer the belt because it goes on and off easier, and it holds more, and the apron got pretty hot in the summer. Also, the apron I had only had two pockets and everything just mixed around in then, and it filled with sawdust.... it was just more trouble than it was worth. The belt is way more organized for me.
