One fun game I play with my league mates is a dice game where one dice is the ball and the other the arrow. The arrow dice is 8 sided and ball is +1 from your arsenal size. The extra side is wild, any arrow/ball. It definitely makes to focus how to adjust especially if you get your spare ball in 7th arrow or my BW 2.0 Hybrid on 1. For spares, you can A) use same ball but throw from anywhere or B) use any ball but throw from same arrow. Definitely a fun game and we usually play it once a week!
All your tips are awsome.. Can you explain in details about the deep inside shot or hook...like from the 20 to 30 board release... it your hand more inside than around the ball or more lift? i naturally have forward roll and also a medium hook but cant figure out how to hook the ball maximum...beside buying new balls.. lol.. your help will be much appreciated..
Hi! The deep inside shot can vary at times. if you are looking to cover a lot of boards from side to side (crossing 20 at the arrows to 5 at the breakpoint for example), the most important thing to do is increase rotation. if you naturally have forward roll like you say, then working on getting your hand around the ball will be very helpful for you. In order to get the ball to "turn the corner," you're going to need to increase your rotation, not necessarily your revs. Hope this helps.
This really helped using the wrist circles exercise! Thank you!
Great video…ive been playing the low score game…its been helping my spare game out alot
Great to hear!

That sounds fun!
Great tips as always, I use a lot of your tips.
Glad you like them!
Do you have time or rep recommendations for the release drills? Thank you
Check out our video explaining the drills!

Can you make a video of what to do with your eyes? I have a habit of looking down right before my release and it’s probably wrong
What comments do you have for senior bowlers
I just bought those shoes nate was using. My fren stays throwing urethane
Does anybody know what bowling alley this is filmed in? It is somewhere in the Chicagoland area
Habetler Bowl!
@@KRStrikeforceBowling thank you! The backdrop that they have is awesome!
thx
You went for the 7th pin on the last drill with a strike ball or spare ball?
It depends on the bowler. Benjy is able to flatten out his release to use his strike ball, but most bowlers are best off using a plastic spare ball.
@KRStrikeforceBowling Can You Do A Video On Flatten Out Releases With A Strike Ball?
