wow, this video is really inspring! I'm in the midst of learning korean myself using pimsleur, ttmk and duolingo. You are sound really fluent for someone who self studied using ttmk. Now i really want to reach your level of fluency!
Thank you for your video. You are amazing 🤩. I learn Korean too, but I’m can’t speak well, also I can’t understand well. I love Korean drama. However, I decided to take a break, because I learn English. I don’t have enough time for both. My level is B1. I’m Kazakh and Russian native speaker. I wish you good luck 🍀
Your Korean seems really good for someone who self studied in America for only a year. Most Americans brains explode having to think backwards to accommodate Korean grammar etc but you seemed totally cool with it. I might give your tutor a try. Seemed really good but I think I'm a difficult student and you seemed like an easy student.
Who is this teacher? I want to have a trial lesson with her to learn Spanish! You did so well in your trial lesson! You motivated me...I have 2 trial lessons left.
I want to get a tutor but I am so scared because I have such a low understanding of everything so I’d hope the teacher could use some English too😭😭 I don’t know if I’d learn a lot that way tho
I think they like speaking English because they get to practice their target language. But it doesn't help you much at all if they do that. Using a little English in the class or maybe some bilingual materials etc can be good but they should speaking in Korean the whole time if they care about your Korean.
I loved this video, I enjoyed watching you go through your trail lesson. I remember when I first started italki back in September of last year. I’ve been taking Spanish lessons with the platform and I eventually want to learn Korean next once I’m fluent in Spanish. Also I think your zoom camera was black because when you were in itlaki classroom, you didn’t click off from it and it was still using your camera, so Zoom didn’t work. The same thing happened to me with my first trial lesson 😂
A native Korean here. It can sound little bit unfamiliar, but I think it is acceptable. In fact, there are several search results for "자랑해 주세요" on google search. Her accent is not natural, but I think it is because she intentionally speak very slowly to be understood.
I have to ask, HOW DID YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING SHE SAID AFTER LEARNING FOR 1 year?! What was your process and sources? You spoke amazing!😮
She said she was using Talk to Me in Korean.😊

I love it!
Is it hard to make lessons for kids and can you advertise that you only teach kids? I don't want to teach adults
Very interesting!

한국인 italk tuter 한국어 표현이 좀 어색한거 같습니다~예를 들어 자랑해 주세요
이런 표현은 이상해요ㅠㅠ
사투리도 섞인거 같고 가능하면 서울 표준어를 사용하는 선생님에게 배우세요~
