They have completed the high speed ring race 50 times to flip the crappy reward car so they can piss away several hundred thousand credits buying and modifying a mediocre German barge that handles like shit.
I'm pretty sure at some point, you had to splash all that cash on a car from this region so you can do the one make races in order to get 100% completion, but okay bud...
