6 Minute Enchilada Sauce

Hi Guys, this is not by any means an authentic Enchilada Sauce, but in a pinch, short on time, need something quick it's pretty darn good 😉 so all the Enchilada Sauce afficionado's no need to come for this un-authentic recipe, this is for the people that want something quick and easy...
This recipe can be made with ingredients you probably already have in the pantry...
6 MINUTE ENCHILADA SAUCE
1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil 🥑
2 Tbsp. Butter 🧈
3 Tbsp. Chilli Powder 🌶
3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste 🍅
2 Tbsp. AP Flour
1 - 2 c. Chicken Stock ( or broth )
Season to Taste

Pajama Mama, could you please give us a review of the pan you are making the sauce in? What is the size of the pan? Where did you purchase it? I am looking to purchase nonstick pans.
Also, i have a question regarding the enameled cast iron cookware. I purchased one, but food always sticks in it. Can we use nonstick cooking spray in the enameled cast iron pan to prevent food from sticking? Or will it ruin the enamel?

@L-LT Hello, I've already done a review on this pan, the bigger version, it's in my Playlist " Review 4 U " the pan is called The Always Pan by Our House... you can use spray oil on enameled cast iron just make sure to clean off any residue after each use...tfw 😊
