Yes most of the lakes in Telangana have patta lands in lakes...
Revenue department will register it , that's registration department job. But Irrigation department record says it's FTL/buffer land.. there is no column in patta pass book that it is cheruvu ftl/buffer zon.
Conflict comes when that land is used for construction purpose, as it is patta land under ftl hdma/ghmc PPL take money and gives permission.
All these patta ftl lands should be taken over by government and keep it under them. Then it won't misuse and if it is misused then it is questionable to govt.

Why not construct banks all around the lakes and connect each lake so that water can move around if heavy rains. Useless government useless demolitions
