A suggestion from Australia - screen doors for those back outside doors (and probably windows). Keeps hungry multi legged pests out from spring to winter while allowing air flow. If there are possums or similar invasive pests, get the mesh security door type (and brush type fill around your roller doors out front).

You could always use a self leveling underlayment compound for low spots. You mix it up and pour it into the low spots. After a short period of time it self levels and provides a suitable surface for any type of floor covering.

As someone who finished our acacia countertops with Rubio, I would make sure to keep the top dry. Anything that can trap water underneath is a big no no. My wife had a plastic tray next to the sink for the dish and hand soap. We rarely moved it and water got trapped underneath it. She moved it one day and I had about a 6" square that had turned black. This was about 6 months after applying the finish. So I sanded it down and reapplied some more Rubio. I had also previously applied one coat of the oil plus 2c and one coat of the maintenance oil. It ended up looking good and blended in nicely. I'd still prefer an oil wax finish over a poly on them as it's much much easier to repair.

If you have to cut in the block wall again you can drill small holes above where you intend to cut the wall. Get some cans of foam in a can. Spray the foam above so your whole block cells to the roof won’t be a pile in your floor. If you remove all of the ‘blockfill’ expect to dispose of a crapload of insulation.

Good luck keeping the neighborhood trash out of that dumpster. People get all gritty when they see someone has an open dumpster. haha ... Seeing Jason pull that wad of paper out reminded me of a house flip renovation I helped with 20 years ago. It was a very old house in a very "interesting" neighborhood we'll just say. We removed a wall they put up and found a live wire stuffed in the cavity with just duct tape wrapped around it. No box, no wire nuts. ....AAANNNDDD.... the wall was packed with newspaper!!! I assume for insulation or sound absorbing, but what the actual F!?!!! Had several other surprises, but we'll leave it at that.

At 07:13 where you say, "so if you see us doing something wrong or...", I heard Tommy Lee Jones in my head from one of his lines in Captain America..."Major, if you have something to say, right now would be the perfect time to keep it to yourself~!" I have cut into walls to add electrical outlets, only to have that same dust come pouring out. I always assumed it was some type of insulation. Not much you can do about it when the customer wants an outlet in a specific location. You just have to wait for it to stop "draining" all over the floor. Marc, how does your square footage in your new shop compare to the space you had in your previous shop? You may have mentioned it in a previous video, but if you did, I missed it. Also, it's rare for me to laugh about anything at 7:30 AM, but when you said you guys can't eat or lick the substance that's on the bottom of the sink, that was pretty funny.
