I got washed off the rocks! Sea took my rod - I paid my sea tax for the year👎🏻

What a time to be alive guys - literally.
After quite a close call at the wreck in Port Elizabeth, I'm happy to be alive! (End of video).
As stated in my intro, this video is made up of 3 fishing outings I've had in the last 2 weeks, where a variety of species were caught (and filmed!).
I just can't get enough of the thrills and adrenalin guys, but we must always remember as fishermen and fisherwomen, that we need to respect the sea at all times. It is not worth risking our lives for a fish or for your tackle (as I did).

Sorry bru💔" I can just imagine how you must have felt.. Loosing a rod and reel that you love has more sentimental value which money can't buy!! But the main thing is you are safe and was able to swim and never come out with bad cuts and bruzes.. Same thing happened to another guy we fished with 3weeks back he had to let go of his rod and held on to the rocks so he didn't get washed off.. luckily we managed to get the rod back" But don't look back it happens.. The new Loomis hmg is another good all round rod must check it out if you get the chance👍 here in Durban the weather and sea has been hectic and I haven't fished in 2 weeks, watching you hit those bronze bream actually got me jealous abit lol😁
