I've made many purchases from EK, and never a major issue. Support was great! I would continue to buy fittings as I think they are the best around but they'll have to work to earn back trust with other products. I'll probably go with Watercool for a while.

Even Lian Li and Corsair are having trouble with their similar software systems. Asus's Armoury Crate is even clunky as all heck. Making an app of this sort is very hard and no one seems to be able to do it well outside of the open source projects like OpenRGB and Fan Control.

As a long time customer of EK i hope to see parts that are long time compability and that the amount of SKU's dont fill up your shelfs. One of the problems in the past had been the need to buy a new block everytime i change a part in my system. Bigger compability list of each SKU makes more happy customers, and will secure your future as a company. Because the last 4-5 years the compability list for each product has decreased and the prices increased. I hope to see this change to a more middleground between price and compability. For high end loops, we changed to Aqua Computer, we sell the blank copper radiators at a pace. Or the normal black ones. Both 6cm thick. And with a push-pull fan configuration. The only thing that we (maybe) buy from you, are the fittings, but we have to decide that in our group of workers. We have a very transparent company, and you should too.
I had the same, I wanted to give them a chance again, but my order was stuck in limbo for almost 6 weeks, and took another 3 weeks to cancel and get a refund. Horrible expierence.
I hope the quality of your designs don't get worse as a result of losing your top talent. I'm cautious right now and will wait to see what your new products look like (eg rtx 5090 block). I have used EK exclusively now for a decade and look forward to continue doing business with you

The product is still sealed never opened however by the time I got it there was spread news that the product was defective and that it would cook lag 1700 CPU’s. At the time you guys refused to do anything let’s see if you mean what you say.

@ given what they charged for it that’s not an excuse. I also suspect the Lian Li and Corsair versions work MUCH better than the EK version
