@demonfedor3748 they just emailed me back, the pc is fully built and they actually upgraded a bunch of parts for free for taking so long. They sent me pictures of it and are just doing testing before finally shipping it
@@threadworm437 That looks like gaslighting to me not gonna lie. Their accounts are blocked, they can't pay for anything even shipping,or give that money back to you. And once their accounts and assets get arrested you are guaranteed to never see your PC or money ever again.
I’m still into pc modding, this bad time is slowly passing, I hope to get an EK distro plate of some kind soon but they’re a little out of my price range
EK got their accounts blocked for both incoming and outcoming payments. Can't pay anyone now and can't receive any payments. So if you wanted to buy something from them-it won't work,your payment will just come back to you.
Maybe EK is finnancially struggling which might lead to poor business decisions, however there is no deny that their products are top of the line, I have tried multiple watercoolikg brands and hands down EKWB is the best looking and has the best machining and quality on them, their design language is always impecable, ando also their customer supoort is A+. so I will continue supporting them as long as I keep watercooling my PC, I hope their issues get solved soon because I would hate to see EKWB go bankrupt
@@Kachiporra20 I got a brand new Quantum Velocity2 AMD AM5 water block for my 7800X3D, all the seals were on the packaging, and ye when I opened it, the front of the block had a massive deep scratch on it. Their QA has also snow dived.
@@andydbedford that’s a shame, I had a DDC pump that suddenly died after a year of use, and after submitting a RMA ticket they sent to me a new one no questions asked
I bought gpu water block from them in the start of October it was in stock and until now , it is not been shipped yet, and customer support not responding !!

@@crimsongrimstone They were objectively the biggest, but saying they are the best is very subjective. I bought the Velocity and blocks for my GPU and CPU, and the cpu block had a deep gouging scratch down the face of the block, that’s not being the best.
I want to believe that they will come through this and make it alright, but if even half of what was reported is true then it will be almost impossible for that to happen. And we know half of it is true because the people that made it what it was are no longer there, working elsewhere and probably not going back. I own their products and like them too. But since I just built my systems I will not be buying more for a minute or two, that is if the prices don't go into ridiculous. Will see where they stand when the smoke clears and if they are still in business. I do have a large water cooling company down the road local. Who knows I might buy local next time. So if you like the company, insult potential customers, make people not want to buy the products, that will make the situation better. That does kind of sound like something I heard in the report actually. And people can unsub and ignore the videos, being insulted makes it real easy.
They were the best and insulting people for what GN reported is hurting the brand as much as them not paying their employee's and I'm not even subscribed to the channel YT analytics suggest the video to me.... I bet you would feel different if you had a family and your employer didn't pay you to support your family and if this isn't true where is your supporting evidence
How about you guys stop making videos, and start responding to my claim of a part that is faulty? Some screws were LOOSE in my waterblock coming from the factory!!!...
