The rumor goes that McFly were in the running to get a song on the soundtrack for Dragon Ball: Evolution for Fox. Since Fox had them in Just My Luck, as well as used their song 'Friday Night' for the credits of the UK release of Night At the Museum, I think this is likely true. The demo leaked back around 2010 (not the only McFly demo to leak either) & they finally made a high quality recording for their subscription service, then released it last week publicly.

Tom explained that they were asked to write a song for the movie dragon ball- they’d sent over some stuff from the film for them to look at. They first sent the demo off in 2008 but of course it was never used. At that point when they were talking all this Tom asked if the movie ever even came out to which Harry said it did but it’s probably just as well they didn’t choose our song coz it’s rated 2.5/10 on IMDb. The song was leaked somehow way back in like 2009 and fans really liked it. Then basically this year McFly started doing something called the resurrection sessions where fans would vote on one of their old demos or unreleased songs to get re-recorded and Dragonball was one of them. Fans love the song so much that they’ve added it to their set list for their current tour (which is why I’m definitely wearing a dragon ball shirt to the McFly concert I’m going to tomorrow). Suffice to say, as a huge dragon ball and McFly fan, I'm thrilled.

This is really cool honestly seeing people do stuff like this is cool it's not quite on Par with some of the Orignal Studio stuff (better than others) but for non Dragon ball Produced music this is probably the best I've ever heard for the show

Okay, so here's one scenario you've probably considered/heard of: "What if Fat Buu defeated and absorbed Evil Buu?" Would there be any major changes? Would the heroes be weaker? Would Goku still use the Dragon Balls to erase everyone's memories of Buu?
