This reminds me of a memory as a child, sitting in one of my father’s trucks. We’d just bought hot, fresh pizza and were in the midst of a road trip at about 11:20 pm. And I remember sitting there, wishing I could stay there forever. I’m sad I’ll never get to experience that again, but also happy, because I’ll be working in that exact same truck this year. Yes, you are so right. I live in an elderly hi-rise and there are so many people going through their lives just like that. Family doesn’t come to visit because they are to busy with their lives to care. I am so glad I grew up in a generation of being close to my parents. I visited and called every days, just to talk. I have no regrets….. it is so sad the way the world has become. I enjoy people and being around them. But some have lived very unhappy lives and has become very bitter. I just have add and tinnitus. My thoughts don't shut off my head squeals 24 hours a day. This help put me in another place just so I an do what is natural and necessary to all humans.
This video got me through some of the most stressful and sleepless nights i had, while i was pregnant with my son. We had complications and the baby had a birth defect. I would spend hours awake, through the night; until i was able to actually get into this type of therapy. I started listening to these videos at night with my oldest; they definitely helped her get to sleep.
Ever since, Rain has gotten me through some of my most anxious and sleepless nights. Now, my whole beautiful family listens to your videos to sleep at night!

Previously it was just posted as “Heavy Thunder and Rain” and had a large lightning bolt on the thumbnail but the last time it had the foggy mountain term added.
