You’re missing one of those silver “screws” that hold the trim into the dash hence it being loose

Great vid but never use a metal pry bar to get plastic trims off always use the plastic pry tool 👍🏻 saves scratching or denting the plastic trims

You can remove the button just doing a bit of game with the little screwdriver… its not necessary the trim step… btw your trim its not fitting cuz you have one of the screaws on the fixing spot and not on the trim.
