Government Canyon, San Antonio - Dino Tracks and Canyon Overlook hike

5.1 miles there-and-back round trip, plus a short extra 1/4 mile if you add on the short trip up to the top of the canyon overlook directly above the dinosaur tracks. This follows the Joe Johnston Route from the Government Canyon State Natural Area visitor's center. An overall easy hike with little elevation change, but some occasional loose rock. Lot of shade, and really nice maintained trail. Great hike - totally recommend it!
