Thanks man. I was initially searching for the last three coin caches and ended up finding the last missing base camp, then one thing led to another and found the secret uncovering backpack and bam, found my missing three survival caches. Three birds, one stone.

I knew I wasn’t crazy. I found all 14. On the map they are grey. But it still says only 13 found
