I went to every single location for 1 last document and every location I go to I already have the document. I believe the one I am missing is the last one, I have all my updates for the game and it still shows that I am missing this document and it is irritating me cause I want a 100% completion on everything. I did go to other places on the map for other missing relics/survival caches/documents that I couldn't find and so far this place is the only one that is 99% while the other locations are 100%, your guide really helped me out when I needed it!

I watched this video 3 times over because the game kept saying I still had 1 more document to find... I saved and exited to main menu before returning and sure enough it updated all 13 documents found
