Really can't understand why BCI need to set age bar for legal education ...1.Every citizens should know their rights and if anyone wants to pursue knowledge in law why should anyone stop just because of age 2.There are so many men/women due to resposibilities were not able to pursue their interested degree... If they are taking step towards life for new journey doesn't such rule will discourage them or hurt their confidence ... 3.There are so many cases where victim have completed law degree and got justice for them and their family also helped other to get justice As you mentioned l totally agree with u that BCI is taking advantage of their dominance... No age can /or should stop Person's talent or dreams... Legal knowledge is for every citizen

There should be a minimum age requirement, but there shouldn't be any bar on the maximum age. I live in the United States, and I wanted to come to India to study LL.B. 3 years course and at present I am 80 years old. I believe there is no bar on the maximum age limit.

Most of BCI decisions are quite contemptible. Like discontinuing the part time evening law college. I think this has to be restarted.
