I’ve have this video saved on my RUclips account since the first time I saw it and it still amazes me all these years later. On another note let’s give some kudos to that person playing the piano. That is a hard piece to play
Absolutely brilliant. To be a boy and sing a complicated song as this, and get those high octave notes to sound so perfect, i would say Robin is a very clever boy and a legend in the making.

ich bewundere auch seinen lehrer oder lehrerin. alle toene sind absolut sauber, ich meide meist opern, weil die saenger furchtbar knoedeln und quetschen. dies ist meine lieblingsaufnahme der koenigin der nacht. hab sie bestimmt mindestens 10mal gehoert und spiele sie oft meinen schuelern vor.

Yes. I live next to an elementary school and all I hear is the boys singing full arias. One time I heard Grossmachtige Prinzessin, Lucia di Lammermoor and The Jewel Song from Faust all from the same playground at lunch! Needless to say Queen of the Night is so common that I can't even tell it from the normal schoolyard din.

I lost my singing skill due puberty 😢😢 The surgery sounds too risky and expensive tho...
