Great video! I like that you always talk so enthusiastic about the speccs. That way I get the urge to play them even when I initially had no good experiences with the.
I've been playing feral as a main since LK. Its gone through a lot of changes, but I still like the style. I like stealthing into a cave for a quest (where of course, you have to kill the guy in the very back), just trashing the guy with bleeds and stuff, then stealthing out. Yeah, you can do it as a rogue, just not with the same style or self heals. I always laugh at the slow little mages and dks (and just about every other spec) that has to kill ALL of the stuff on the way in, then on the way out too.
Very useful video, new to the game, recently hit 110 with my only character that happens to be a druid. I kinda feel spoiled now because of travel form since I haven't made any alts yet :O
One of the standout things about Druid is how the level 45 talents allow you to kinda have two specs in one. I play healers and its awesome to be able to do a little tanking/damage without completely changing specs.
I wish I had the dedication and time to play like you do with all the classes, i'm already strugling to jump between 2 characters and i play only one spec each xD And I have to say that I started to enjoy more of my hunt after watching your videos ! So i'm eager to see the hunt and paladin recap
VuhDo is easily my favorite mod for healing, I'm pleased to see it mentioned at the start of the resto section. Takes a while to set up, but worth it. Tons of customization. I hope resto does well in BFA, Rdruid has been my main since I rerolled from warrior in Wrath.
Druid is the best class in the game imo. Tank, heals, melee/ranged dps options. Stealth and movement speed makes soloing/leveling faster and super easy. I literally level in bear form pulling "all the things" and using AOE to bring them down. I wouldn't trade my druid for any other class, all of which I've played at least some. I started in Vanilla as a rogue main, then mid Vanilla rolled a lock into my main. Lock was my main through the rest of Vanilla and all of BC. At the end of BC I finally leveled a druid (they were so hard to play/level in vanilla and some of BC that I put it off but always loved the idea and lore of druids). By Wrath my druid took over as my main and I've never looked back. I still maintain my rogue as my primary alt, and then my lock and a DK as my "I'm bored, wanna play something else" alts when I'm geared and at the end of an xpac. I. Will. Always. Love. Druids.
That green circle, you're supposed to stand in it to avoid raid wide dmg, and Bellular just straight up moved out of it, the exact opposite of what you should do
I've been playing blood talons since I switched to feral early on in the xpac due to getting the hidden appearance (was guardian since cata) and I can't play without blood talons at this point. It just feels so natural at this point. Also, creamy creamy brutal slash! So much damage! I'm really loving feral in legion.
i found it so boring i couldnt even be arsed.. then found myself having talent leggo ring + cinidaria which were both very strong for ferals, went feral and 1 and a half weeks after i was server 1st on heroic raiding.
I've been playing my druid since vanilla. I even went so far as to level as resto - do you KNOW how hard that was back then? I definitely enjoy being able to switch specs on the fly and have every game play at my disposal. I prefer balance, but i will run around as a guardian just so i can gather up and AoE all the things! Thanks again for another great video; I have really enjoyed this series!
Hey i played since vanilla too. I miss being a true hybrid in the BC days. Tanking as bear and melee damage as cat without all that spec change stuff. It was a niche that only we could fill and made us special. Nowadays I feel the druid fantasy is really ruined.. no tree form, cheetah nerfed to deer, no flying when I've earned that right by doing a F*ing quest at level 67. Just another Warrior/Rogue/Mage/Priest that has similar abilities with different names and graphics.. Also Guardian/Feral Druids never got a real class legendary...
Loved balance this expac. Only gripe I have is full moon feels pretty weak now in Antorus gear, pretty much just there for AP where as it used to crit much higher than other spells, it hits only a little higher than starsurge now for me. Also would like to add, you don't need to stack ls/sw before incarn, only AP for starsurge. Incarn pretty much guarantees a starsurge after ls/sw cycle so you want to keep your stacks as low as you can really, rather than stack them ever, even before incarn.
I find resto an easier healer to deal with than some of the others. You constantly spam your hots on people, so it flows better whereas with some of the others you're responding to them losing health and you trying to undo that. I guess shaman is a similar type of healer but i couldnt really get my head around it this expansion. I'd probably main resto if i wasnt focusing on Balance gear.
I always liked tanking on my bear. I liked the idea of being this beast with lots of health and regeneration. There's something oddly satisfying about having more health than the rest of the party combined, and healing like Wolverine. It's a very GRRR feeling. When I'm in the mood for the sort of fancy stuff he's talking about, I played my Prot Pally a while. I enjoyed the complexity, but I never felt like maining him.
I like to play as Feral because I already have a theme going on (sense my class hall armor goes perfectly with my favorite tree-cat thing because it looks like autumn) and my travel is cheetah... But I do like to play as Guardian and fist people
I finished and tanked a boss in a Legion dungeon using the Omen build even though everyone else was dead. Doing more DPS in a Raid is fine, but I'll take the surprisingly tanky and resilient Omen any day on my Feral.
Hi Bellular, long time fan, love your content, but if I may, the volume of your voice, is kinda uneven throughout the video apart from that once again gret vid and keep up the good work.
Awesome class review as always man! Do you have an export link of your UIs? I Bet a lot of people like me want to try out playing with the sweet UI setup you made
I've tried mage, pally and rogue and never clicked with them like I did with balance druid. The only thing I really dislike is the time taken to cast a couple of hard spells, but the rotations are great and Empowerments are very useful. Also Moonglade.
I main boomkin and my only problem is that when I apply all my dots and use starfall, everything dies so quickly I can’t enjoy the numbers covering my screen
Sadly, I have to disagree with your thought on Bloodtalons. With the changes to Feral in 7.3, Bloodtalons has become the least favoured talent choice compared to Moment of Clarity. For Single Target, Incarn + Savage Roar + Moment of Clarity is SO much better than anything with Bloodtalons.
I want a UI rundown. Party unit frames is Vuhdo. Someone mentioned the rest is ElvUi? What’s the rest? Like the main health bar(left) and target health bar (right). The energy bar for druid right above the action bar? The counters for dots? So clean!!!
Once you go ElvUI, you don't go back! Used to run a horrid Frankenstein of ShadowedUF, bartender, and TidyPlates; now I run ElvUI and TidyPlates (I prefer the aggro visual). Counters for DoTs might be TellMeWhen, but I'd have to rewatch the vid.
Hey Bellular! Now that you have the final one out, my question is which of all of the classes has the best class fantasy. While I don't roleplay, perse, class fantasy is the most important aspect of a class for me. Thoughts?
Obviously not Bellular, but my vote is for Deathknight. Everything from the feel of the class, spec mechanics, background story, class campaign, class hall, gear aesthetics, and the look of the abilities is at a really high standard for an RPG. It also has the simple "cool factor" just oozing left and right.
Good analysis. Pretty much spot on with all these. Though, I have to say Balance is a bit... nuanced... and seems to have a lot of busy work to optimize damage. And Guardian isn't all that boring to me, but I could see why someone would feel that way.
Even if you're not a huge fan of druids (in which case you're insane - best and most versatile class in game, and get all the toys) you should level one and do a Mythic 15 and the mage tower for guardian and feral as they'll be the transmog you most regret not getting in BfA and onwards if you ever do choose to roll druid. (Which you should, druids are great). ~ Somníum - Twisting Nether EU
Hi there, I recall a previous video where you said you are currently using Elvui. Can you confirm for me which unit frames / cast bars / action bars / healing addon are you using in this vid? Thank you very much.
I main as a boomkin, but my main issue with the spec is that the talent to optimize dps over long fights is the one that turns you into an astral ghost all the time, and you can't even turn it off. It's absolutely horrid and is potentially one of the biggest mistakes Blizzard has made to the class since vanilla. I know it's the strongest but I avoid it because I can't stand looking like a star ghost 24/7. I can't believe they haven't changed it by now with all of the complaints in forums. No one likes it.
I’m with you. I had to spec swap out for Argus because it was hard to tell if I had the rebuff on me in P1. @vezicaincaelailogat We’re talking about the talent that turns you ghostly blue or gold while in Moonkin form, not the glyph that makes you a ghostly humanoid. Glyph is popular, talent visual is rough and not really a choice since you can’t even click off the buff.
Yeah, I'd be okay if I could turn it off out of combat, but instead it's on all the time without a choice. I can't even enjoy my transmog unless I choose another talent. I'm not sure why Blizzard even designed more than one color for the different Scythe of Elune skins if they just wanted to give me that middle finger. And I totally know what you mean about the buff in the golden area - it's invisible with that talent on lol.
What resolution settings do you use for your ultawide recording? Whenever I attempt to upload in ultrawide it changes it to 1920 once it is on youtube.
Druid is ALWAYS worth playing! And even better have several of them! Run 5 man groups with all druids, raid with all druids! The more dr00ds the better!! YOU KNOW I'M RIGHT!
Feral druid, still the best build in WoW for general stuff out in the open. Versatile, fast and no down-time. Would not want to change main ever...Same char since vanilla and I never considered other :) I also enjoy tanking so thats good.
Small notes for feral @bellulargaming, its not worth it to use clearcasting on a thrash single target over a shred, you lose a lot of crit potential due to all of the talents/artifact traits affecting shred, as well as 1 shred will do more damage to a single target then a thrash will. Also, savage roar should be mentioned somewhere in there for single target. It's much simpler now that you don't have to snapshot anymore, its just apply whenever and it buffs whatever bleeds you have up already. Otherwise good discussion on feral! From a 960 raiding feral
I love restoration and balance. I don't really care for melee, so I wouldn't enjoy feral. And you are correct in that guardian is missing something to make it more fun. I stick with balance primarily after playing a mage for over a decade.
How to play Feral Precast Regrowth before pull. You unleash every CD on boss pull. 2 Reasons why, All cooldowns have relatively low CD so if Bloodlust/Timewarp was not used on pull, it will be used by the time you have your cooldowns back up again. Always Start rotation with Rake, then Thrash. Then Shred until 5 combo points. If you have Legendary boots you should be able to instant cast Regrowth again by now else. Get out of Cat Form and cast Regrowth to apply Rip. Only use Bloodtalons to reapply Bleeds. If you have Legendary Boots and are into Incarnation spec, you can cast Bloodtalons for some spicy 2.5 million Shred crits. If everything is applied and you have 5 combo points and are using the Antorus set, hit that shit up with Ferocious Bite. When to reapply bleeds? Its very easy to do that, you just do this simply math equation in your head. x = 1 if the bleed has bloodtalons and 0.5 if the bleed doesn't have bloodtalons y = Time remaining of the bleed z = tigers fury remaining cooldown K = (x * y - z) / 2 ^ If the value is negative, reapply the bleed, if positive do not and wait for either it to go negative or Tigers Fury to come off cooldown An easier way is to calculate the function f(x) = x - x^2 If the values is in the both the positive of x and y reapply Bleed if its not do not and wait for it to go negative
BGtv they will be baking in some of our artifact abilities into our normal spell book tho i don't think they have said exactly which abilities we will be getting but i would imagine the moon spells will be one of em
I really hope they don't take away being able to move while casting Tranquility come BfA. That's the one quality of life change I just can't live without now that I've got it.
Feral - 00:20
Resto - 08:07
Guardian - 14:09
Boomchicken - 20:00
PIN this
Da real MVP we get but don't deserve
Thank you. these WOW youtubers think we all have 30mins to waste.
lol boomchicken..
Thank you!
Great video! I like that you always talk so enthusiastic about the speccs. That way I get the urge to play them even when I initially had no good experiences with the.
they have a space lazer and throw the moon at people, of course its fun
🤣 awesome
I’ve been waiting for this video. I love my restoration/balance Druid in this expansion.
But But, you're.... A girl. That's not possible...
I really like these vids you made, especially as I want to level a new alt after 7.3.5 levelling revamp! Thanks a lot!
I am just about to level my Druid and am very excited to see this video was released today.
really be looking foward to this one mate and oh brother you delivered keep doing what your doing man ♡
My druid is feral. Has been since Cataclysm. It's a fun spec to play.
I would have stayed Feral, if it weren't for my Druid being so crippled and dieing every few seconds in Broken Isles... (Note: Just an exaggeration)
Prince Stormstrider Why play feral when you could play Rogue /s
Why not both?
I've been playing feral as a main since LK. Its gone through a lot of changes, but I still like the style. cat is for fite
Dude.. Been thinking about maining Druid in BFA. Thx for the video!
Thanks so very heaps for the entire series bro

I've mained a feral through this entire expac and loved it throughout. Haven't seen many other ferals on my journey though.
OMG YES I WAS WAITING FOR THIS I MAIN DRUID
I wish I had the dedication and time to play like you do with all the classes, i'm already strugling to jump between 2 characters and i play only one spec each xD
And I have to say that I started to enjoy more of my hunt after watching your videos !

Bears are like training wheels for tanking PLUS, you didn’t mention it, but you can watch Netflix while tanking- big advantage
not if you have shit internet
If any of you are wondering about the addon he uses for healing it’s spelt “Vuhdo” I hope this helps!
Congrats on finishing all 12 class reviews, Bellular! You're the hardest-working WoW youtuber there is.
Druid is the best class in the game imo. Tank, heals, melee/ranged dps options. Stealth and movement speed makes soloing/leveling faster and super easy. 25:47 WHYYYY???
pFreak This! I stopped watching at that point.
LOL
What did happen there? I don't really get it. xD
That green circle, you're supposed to stand in it to avoid raid wide dmg, and Bellular just straight up moved out of it, the exact opposite of what you should do
im lost? what happened?
Absolutely adore my Druid, been maining him since mist
I've been playing blood talons since I switched to feral early on in the xpac due to getting the hidden appearance (was guardian since cata) and I can't play without blood talons at this point. It just feels so natural at this point.
Also, creamy creamy brutal slash! So much damage! I'm really loving feral in legion.
I like my boomie (I main balance druid). Fun to play.
I love my boomkin also, but, i suck so bad at it. I just cant seem to do more than 1.2 - 1.5m dps no matter what i do.
Depends on leggos and stats.
Nathan If you are talking single target its mainly a gear/legendary issue. On aoe you can pull some crazy dps
I was maining balance, until I got luffa wraps and the #1 feral lego and just took off on that spec.
i found it so boring i couldnt even be arsed.. then found myself having talent leggo ring + cinidaria which were both very strong for ferals, went feral and 1 and a half weeks after i was server 1st on heroic raiding.
Great video (as always)
Feral is my fave spec right now, very strong and versatile!
I will always love druids, my favourite class in World of Warcraft!
Finaly a Video !
im currently leveling a druid as resto currently at seventy and having a blast in dungeons
I've been playing my druid since vanilla. I even went so far as to level as resto - do you KNOW how hard that was back then? I KNOW HOW HARD THAT WAS - an act of love. Will always be resto at my core (you never really recover from leveling resto)
Literally my favorites videos, please do another class review series in BfA !!!
As a moonkin since vanilla i find adapting to each expansion is amazingly fun. I was a moonkin before moonkin form
Loved balance this expac. Only gripe I have is full moon feels pretty weak now in Antorus gear, pretty much just there for AP where as it used to crit much higher than other spells, it hits only a little higher than starsurge now for me. *whispers* I miss insect iwarm
Preparing for the damage with restoration is quite the key.
My main is a warrior, i'm trying feral and im having a blast. The spec is really fun to play and can be on par with the top dps with the right gear.
Is there a UI setup guide? Yours is perfect, lots of info and still clean!
Yea baby, gonna listen to this later... just started playing WoW 2 weeks ago and went with a Druid.
I miss my hurricane of balance which is why I went with feral.
Druid ftw
The extremely wide aspect ration is not a good viewing experience for people watching at 1080, which is pretty much everyone. Love the series.
What is your addons for the dot timers and the main player target frames ?
I love my druid even though it took a long time to get all the legos for it love playing each spec
Hi Bellular, long time fan, love your content, but if I may, the volume of your voice, is kinda uneven throughout the video apart from that once again gret vid and keep up the good work.
I started with a mage this expansion but i'm really glad that i made a druid alt
Awesome class review as always man! Do you have an export link of your UIs? I Bet a lot of people like me want to try out playing with the sweet UI setup you made
where are your talent pics for balance and guardian?
What CD bars are you using in your Balance part of the video? Those are nice!
I've tried mage, pally and rogue and never clicked with them like I did with balance druid. The only thing I really dislike is the time taken to cast a couple of hard spells, but the rotations are great and Empowerments are very useful. Also Moonglade.
i played druid since vanilla as my main and i simply love it, its so versatile, every spec in one class. What more could i want or need
i agree, being a druid is fun :D travel form is amazing, the class fantasy is so good :3 i just really love it
I rip and I rhyme, I rhyme and I rip, this is the way that DYLAN spits
I main boomkin and my only problem is that when I apply all my dots and use starfall, everything dies so quickly I can’t enjoy the numbers covering my screen
I love these, but if you do the same for BfA, could you please add a few comments about how solo leveling feels like with that spec?
Sadly, I have to disagree with your thought on Bloodtalons. With the changes to Feral in 7.3, Bloodtalons has become the least favoured talent choice compared to Moment of Clarity.
For Single Target, Incarn + Savage Roar + Moment of Clarity is SO much better than anything with Bloodtalons.
Resto FTW! Can’t wait to level as a healer on the classic servers.
I love druid. Druid, Monk and Shaman are in the running for my main in BFA.
Go druid or monk - shammies can't tank :P
Mark Jake just play all three that’s what I’m doin in BFA all three of those classes are so much fun.
Mark Jake it is to early to decide. Gameplay will change for BfA. May not be huge change but it still matters.
Mark Jake shammy ftw cant go wrong with a healer that can do almost as much damage to a boss as a dps
I want a UI rundown. Party unit frames is Vuhdo. Someone mentioned the rest is ElvUi? What’s the rest? Like the main health bar(left) and target health bar (right). The energy bar for druid right above the action bar? The counters for dots? So clean!!!
TheScottieDo it's all Elvui. It's an entire UI pack. Everything can be customized and is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Definitely get it.
Thoughts?

The Galctic Guardian build is much more fun for bear tank
100% my favourite build
with balance shoulders and FoN it feels freaking awesome.
Agreed
What is the UI you use? Is there a pack that also includes the cast bars and cooldowns of your skills?
Good analysis. Pretty much spot on with all these. Though, I have to say Balance is a bit... nuanced... and seems to have a lot of busy work to optimize damage. And Guardian isn't all that boring to me, but I could see why someone would feel that way.

I'm torn between mage or druid. Any preferences?
I just want to meet you and pat you on the back. Thanks for you’re great content.
Why don't you have any raid frames? How we going to see if someone's dead and needs rebirth during fight??
Hi there, I recall a previous video where you said you are currently using Elvui. Can you confirm for me which unit frames / cast bars / action bars / healing addon are you using in this vid?
Thank you very much.
I see you have finally accepted our lord and saviour, ElvUI.
what UI are you using that changes the appearance of the talent window?
what is that add on you are using to show your dots and such?
I main as a boomkin, but my main issue with the spec is that the talent to optimize dps over long fights is the one that turns you into an astral ghost all the time, and you can't even turn it off. It's absolutely horrid and is potentially one of the biggest mistakes Blizzard has made to the class since vanilla. Steven Doolittle lol what, most people like star ghost
I’m with you. I had to spec swap out for Argus because it was hard to tell if I had the rebuff on me in P1.

TLDW:YES Always.....
What is your hit rating?
I’m going range dps hunter and retiring my monk it was fun but played since mop. Boom kin was the funniest class to level.
What resolution settings do you use for your ultawide recording? Whenever I attempt to upload in ultrawide it changes it to 1920 once it is on youtube.
Which character is better monk or druid
How did you get your chicken to have the glyph of stars effect?
Druid is ALWAYS worth playing! And even better have several of them! Run 5 man groups with all druids, raid with all druids! The more dr00ds the better!! YOU KNOW I'M RIGHT!
Feral druid, still the best build in WoW for general stuff out in the open. Versatile, fast and no down-time. Would not want to change main ever...Same char since vanilla and I never considered other :) I also enjoy tanking so thats good.
Hello Where i can finde your voodoo profile set up ?
Small notes for feral @bellulargaming, its not worth it to use clearcasting on a thrash single target over a shred, you lose a lot of crit potential due to all of the talents/artifact traits affecting shred, as well as 1 shred will do more damage to a single target then a thrash will. Also, savage roar should be mentioned somewhere in there for single target. I love restoration and balance. I don't really care for melee, so I wouldn't enjoy feral. And you are correct in that guardian is missing something to make it more fun. I stick with balance primarily after playing a mage for over a decade.
Nice video.Keep it up :)
Anyone know where can I get that ElvUI setup?
I legit quit playing feral because of blood talons. Now that it is not mandatory I might try feral again
What's the name of the health bar addon you are using in the feral part?
What is the name of this addon that show dots durations etc?
What is the combat text addon used in this video?
How to play Feral
Precast Regrowth before pull.
Its very easy to do that, you just do this simply math equation in your head.
x = 1 if the bleed has bloodtalons and 0.5 if the bleed doesn't have bloodtalons
y = Time remaining of the bleed
z = tigers fury remaining cooldown
K = (x * y - z) / 2
^ If the value is negative, reapply the bleed, if positive do not and wait for either it to go negative or Tigers Fury to come off cooldown
An easier way is to calculate the function
f(x) = x - x^2
If the values is in the both the positive of x and y reapply Bleed if its not do not and wait for it to go negative
I'm here to have fun; not do math.
Do you think this spec would be playable without the moon spells? If so, how do you think they'll handle it in BFA?
BGtv they will be baking in some of our artifact abilities into our normal spell book tho i don't think they have said exactly which abilities we will be getting but i would imagine the moon spells will be one of em
tbh I found the feral spec pretty easy and I would put it in the same category as affliction spec for warlocks.
Random fun fact: Druid is the only class with a tank spec and a ranged DPS spec. #Moonkin4life :D
What spells are on f5 f6 and d7 in his feral?
I really hope they don't take away being able to move while casting Tranquility come BfA. That's the one quality of life change I just can't live without now that I've got it.
What are the addOns you use ?
