I ended up going with ones made for another car N series. I hate that it isn't matching the curve of my fender. Yours has the same. I have a plasma cutter but its not going to give me the cut presision I want. I am going to scan the store bought fins then manipulate the entire thing to give me a perfect fit. I will be useing a laser cutter to cut plastic like Kydex then heat the material to move fins to the desired angles and form fit to the curves on the fender. I will probably beef up the pivot point after I'm done. I may bang out a few extras to sell after I work out the details. Something else I am doing is is laying 1/2' poly (white) and again heating to form to fender cutting it like a frame to this for anyone that doesn't want to cut out the fender just yet and be sure of how they want it to look first. That is for someone that doesn't race but loves the look.
Its doesn't match the profile? I have something else I'm working one That matched the curve after I scan a similar style vent. I'm also making one style for looks only and no cutting.
