It's the fault of the interviewer. There's a British guy who nails interviews because he _never_ asks about the plot, he always asks actors about their experiences/challenges/etc. E.g. "What did you find the most challenging while doing season 2?" That can be answered in millions of ways without going into the plot.
I hope they expand on Teddy's character a little bit. They barely scratched the surface when it came to him and I feel given the fact that he was basically used as target practice by the guests in season 1, his reaction to recovering his memories and becoming self aware would be particularly interesting.
The photos of Dolores in the "real world" are a flashback to the real person that the Dolores Host was modeled after (probably). And she's with the real Arnold.
No, the flashbacks are from before the opening of the park, when Dolores was taken into the real world by Arnold for reasons you will see in Episode 2 :)
