Best thing I did for my Procharger build or Centrifugal blower was a stall converter. I did a Dyno tune and figured where the Procharger really came in strong and with a 4k stall it would flash up and get me in the power band quicker. Now that was a machine. I do like LSA builds but for me an auto, stalled, ProCharged is the way to go. Especially if you change rear end gears too.
@@Lsxflakkoprocharger was like $8k. With no labor. I bought race intercooler etc, the head unit alone is around $3,500-4,500. Intercooler was $2k. You’ll need injectors, nice fuel system so I spent maybe $8k I believe that’s without the tune which at the time was $500. But with inflation now a days you’d spend more for sure.
Great vid, very informative. As a guy who owns a LSA G8. This will give you(the viewer) a great comparison between these 2 set ups... I wanted my power down low and soon so the LSA was a no brainer.
I've only got a 3200 triple disk stall so maybe lsa might be better off I don't daily it as much any more and want to get into more track days. Damn why does this got to be so hard lol

Recently got wind of the retired Caprice PPV cars for sale. Cam/dod/afm/delete swap is the 1st order of business. As a 'streetable' under 700hp daily, I'm leaning towards a torqstorm set up. As comparisons go, how would it stack up against the LSA/Procharger set up IYHO? Appreciate the content 100%!
What would you say is better for longer trips? Every so often in the summer I like to go about 8-10hrs one way on road trips looking to see which of the two has better longevity. of course I may want to get on it here and there as I come across other sports cars so taking into account being at 60mph at least the procharger having better top end right?
What upper and lower pulley does the Lsa G8 have on it, is it a ported supercharger,, and is the engine stock. I'm trying to make around the same power level but on a 6.2 Camaro.
I was told that a 2.45 upper would create to much boost with a 10 percent overdrive on a stock 6.2 so I chose a 2.55 should I have just chose the 2.45 instead to try to achieve these numbers easier. The car is FBO, cam, 1kcc injectors, 5inch intake, aux fuel pump, zl1 fuel pump and going on e85
This was the video i was looking for. Awesome information!
Glad it was helpful!
Ditto !
One for digs, and one for rolls
True. Procharger leaves so nice though
NuffNuff has a YT channel?
Hell Yeah! Instant Sub! HPJ For Life
Yes sir. Been doing it a while now. Thank you!
@nufnuffz28 Merry Christmas !

I procharged my lsa after watching this.
Love it
Are you happy with it?
Great comparison video! Just messaged you guys on FB about potential tuning!
Recieved, but says not available
@@nufnuffz28 😱 Weird haha. Maybe because I messaged from my business profile instead of main profile. I’ll send it again from personal profile!

For sure. A converter puts you right in the power!
How much was the total build to procharge
Plus get a ati underdrive superdamper pulley

Dude you make the best topic videos we all like to see 👍
Thank you
Great video, thank you!!!! I just had a ProCharger P-1SC installed in my daily driver cammed 2007 Silverado, and I am loving it.
Right on!
This was great info 🫡
Thank you
Street performance LSA
Track Performance procharger
I like both. Stinks to have to copl the Lsa!
Very informative thank you for taking the time to make the video !!
You're welcome!
Excellent information
Thanks
Great video!
Thank you
That was awesome for us guys that are into blowers and I guess it helps too that I have a g8 motor for my swap I'm doing...thanks!
Just posted the lsa dyno. Check it out
Definitely putting a LT4 blower on my swap😈
Let me know how it works out!

So….. If you wanna get out the hole , get a LSA or Walk em down like STATE POLICE , get a Procharger 😂😂😂
Pretty valid analogy
Not boring at all! Very good stuff & would love for you guys
to get your hands on my 09 G8

Like a Procharger, but maxing in the 600s
I've been looking to add boost but I've wanted more power down low cause I dont see my car going over 6200 rpm often
Lsa then...
So if i gathered correctly you are conparing a 6.0 g8 vs 6.2 ss as well?
Technically, yes. But with boost the .2 doesn't make much difference in our testing
Was the g8 a 6.0?
Yes
@nufnuffz28 what are the cam specs on lsa car?
@@nastyvert72 BTR PDS 3 torque IIRC

Gotta a question about my g8 and how can I get in contact with you
Email is ok. Nufnuffz28@yahoo.com
So procharger is an ls3 with procharger or an lsa engine swapped with a procharger?
Both are types of supercharges. LSA is a roots and procharger is a brand of centrifugal superchargers.
