It happens man. Seattle was always going to have a huge push in the third being down 2, and they were playing a good game. What matters is they battled back against some adversity and still won the game. That’s something that good teams do; battling out tight wins.
There's an amusing irony when comparing the two teams. The Oilers have McDavid and Draisaitl, yet are tied with Chicago and my Habs for 27th overall, and have a -13 goal differential. The Jets have (at least) three forward lines all contributing on offense, are the only unbeaten team left, and have the best goal differential in the league at +18. This is why it is better for a team to have depth and chemistry and solid goaltending instead of relying on one or two scoring machines to carry an entire team.
Here’s a drinking game. Take a swig EVERYTIME Pionk causes a goal or is out of position, or is too slow, or is running around leaving people Wide open in front of the net. He could have been -8 tonight. Ridiculous.
Jets were absolutely lucky to win this game. But I’m not going to plan the parade yet. It’s playoffs that I wait for. Until then all of this means nothing.

i understand that the crease extends vertically into the sky, and the offensive player can't interfere with that, but when the goalie is half outside and half inside, and that's what causes the contact...seems a little weak.

Skate was in the crease and made contact with hellys pad, not allowing him to push over. As easy as it gets for goalie interference
