It’s funny because Steve and I have been talking so much lately about the resurrection of the believers at Yeshua’s return. This passage is the one about Lazarus. His sister Martha was so distraught because her brother had died, even telling Yeshua that if he had been there he would not have died. When He told her that her brother would rise again she told Him she knew that he would rise at the resurrection at the last day. She knew Lazarus would be resurrected, but assumed it would be on the last day, at the end of the age. I love how He then explains that He is the resurrection and the life! What a beautiful blessing that we have already gone from death to life by believing in Yeshua! Praise the Lord! I love how you explained it Sara. The gift that Martha and her sister Mary received was Yeshua raising Lazarus from the dead. They got to witness the resurrection of Lazarus right before their eyes! What a beautiful witness of who Yeshua was, so much so that many of the Jewish people came to faith when they saw what He had done. I’ve always loved the story of Lazarus. I love thinking about the resurrection and I love how you reminded me that I have already passed from death to life … just by virtue of believing in Messiah. I already have eternal life 🙌🙏💕😊😻🐶. Death is dead! What happened to Lazarus is amazing. It’s so heartening to know that Yeshua wept before He raised Lazarus from the dead. 🥹

@@Readingthebibletocats Well i wouldn't say pretty snow ha, but just a few cm of snow that we all woke up to this morning, and tomorrow we're supposed to have like 6.0 cm of snow and 5mm of rain, so probably will melt all or most of the snow away! ha, i didn't go out today, but i went out yesterday to run my errands and they advised many to wear boots today, but like i said, that i didn't go out today, and yesterday we had no snow! so probably when i go back out, that i will have to wear boots! ha ha and yes, Henry is always so cute playing with his favorite toy, and i guess Guster was sleeping? you might get snow before the weekend, and i hope you will for Christmas!, i don't know if we will have snow here for Christmas, they said we will have a warm winter, so we may get a green Christmas after all! 😄
