You two are by far the best teachers on the internet. Only problem I ate way too much.....I made enough for 5 people. Keep those videos coming... thanks so much.
I have a steel wok which is very well seasoned but my noodles always stick to it. I have tried to dry them or leave them moist but it makes no difference.
Fantastic Gambo! Can you make East Coast style Chicken Chow Mein, which is basically onion, celery, Napa and chicken served over rice and crispy fried wonton noodles?! That's one of my favorites!
I grew up on the West coast and can't find any Chinese food or Mexican food I like on the East coast. Thankfully I enjoy cooking and can try recipes I find online, like this one 😋

Easy...Substitute Light Soy Sauce for the Oyster Sauce and use Chicken Broth. That is the only difference...JJ
