Just purchased the Pro. Very tight low end. Sounds great. And he is right you have to hear it person. Wish it had some built in compression
I have a question My2Drumsticks. This is one of the acoustic guitar amps I might purchase. I play acoustic fingerstyle guitar and live in a high rise bachelor suite. Do you think it would not be too loud to use in my small suite?

@@joa5739 yes it's very loud but you can adjust it,but once you hear it your gonna wanna turn it up to room volume,the sound is addictive..so be careful

These look great! If you record a loop (mic or guitar) are any effects also recorded? eg if you wanted a really reverby background loop that you could then sing and play over with less reverb?

I bought one and find it extremely hard to get the looper to cut off in time, I would like some more detailed instruction on this.
You gotta get into the rhythm. You can see the guy nod his head along with his playing. Tap your foot along with your playing, and use that tap on the footswitch on the right moment. Takes practice.
Love the look of it. I play with 2 external shure mic. One for guitar, one for vocal. Not sure that would work here. The guitar channel seems to be set up for a fishman type pickup.
I only just saw this so I guess you've sorted things out now? If not, you can use the Guitar Channel with a mic and it will work fine but you'll need to play around with the Acoustic Resonance button a bit to get the sound you want.

If I had two of these amps for my duo, would there be a way to sync the tempo of both loopers so that they're always locked together?

Note that the volume and gain knob is very low !!! because if you increase you only hear hiss and feedback !!! and this has no control on this amplifier. I'll let you know until this is fixed, I don't want others to lose your money like me !!!
I sadly don't play guitar, but sing... I just want something to sing at home with, with some additional vocal effects in one thing. Is this good for just vocal use?
No you gotta play guitar it's designed acoustic guitar not just vocals it's a combination thing
I haven't actually found any reviews from people who are using these amps. I can't decide between this or an Acus T6 which sounds good. Any comments or advice very welcome 😊
I like the amp I want to get it but what I don't like is you can't access these buttons while you're playing so you must have to have somebody there running it if you're trying to record a track too bad they don't make a foot pedal for this that you can control them without touching the panel
Hi Josh. I just bought the Boss Singer Live 60 Watt. Is there any way to hook up an extension speaker? Does it need to be a powered or passive. Or can I plug an xlr cable from the rear of the Boss then into the xlr of a Fender acoustic 15 watt amp I have? I want to be able to put the sound on both sides of the room.

You didn't sing and play at the same time when you did the feedback problem and I'm experiencing feedback problems when I sing and play
So would I be right in thinking that if you’re playing like a pub or small club, all you need is this amp, any pedals, a microphone and your guitar and that’s it you’re good to go ?

How long is the looper?
When you started the loop, how did you get it to loop on time? I keep getting off time looping.
Timing
You only need to get the first loop in time, then the others will fit the loop length so it's really easy

Straight into that amp an electric guitar will sound too « hi fi » clean. If you use a preamp or multi effect pedal with the electric guitar then you might get a better sound especially if you can attenuate the tweeter (I’ve spotted a switch on the front panel).

You don't need the guitar to sing and harmonize.
When I record a loop by pressing the button on the guitar amplifier, there is no problem in switching between the loops.
But when I start with the footswitch and record the time between loops, I wait about 1 second and then start again, which breaks the rhythm. What would be the reason?

Footswitch triggering when you lift off the button instead of when you click down, i've seen that on some devices before.

in every video I see (where this boss amp is used) I see low volume half whispering voices being used to advertise this amplifier .
being a singer of some experience I wonder fore sure if a strong singing voice opens up , will this amp still be usable.??

I often rehearsal with electric guitar .
using a fender pro junior amp for the guitar.
in such cases I found out that I can forget getting a fine balance of equal volume, balance and ambiance with portable combo voice amps .
so far I have not seen any producer building combo amps for electric guitar and voice.
I dream of an pro junior guitar amp and a equal voice amplification in one combo .

This speaker is not good. I returned my. Vocals were muddy. The fender acoustasonic 90 is much better.

The vocals cancel out the guitar sound from his harmony examples.
Help me understand . . . Why all these reviews feel the need to talk through the entire video for 10 + mins with 30 seconds of playing. Like the old saying goes, less talk, more action. When we the reader, subscribers hear what's being played that will tell us far more whether or not we want the product.
Absolutely agree. What a user is looking for is the sound played from various musical instruments and the various types of vocal(singing,gigs etc....).
just got this in the mail and it comes with no foot switch, so now i have to guess which one of the foot switches to get.There should be a foot switch just for that amp ,It should come with the amp.the looper only has forty seconds loop time,not enough for songs with a chorus and specific endings.I dont know if im happy with this or not.I need to take it to a noisy gig to see if it has enough power.Im skeptical about that two
larry cortner Why do people buy gear without checking out specifications, the inclusions in the price and then complain? Boss don’t say your getting a pedal and a little research points out the loopers limited recording time.

the effects are very good ... but this amplifier does not sound like a 30 watts and if you connect microphone is really unfeasible nor the feedback control of the account of the microphone and it is impossible to pass the volume of 3 you can see in the videos that the volume control is down there, very disappointed even ... I played 4500 outside !!! believe in this user do not buy this !!!

Actually, the harmonies are based on the chords you play on the guitar. Which means if your a crap singer, it will sound off and obnoxious when singing along with them. It's not pitch correcting your live voice. Garbage in, garbage out. This isn't a magic box.
