AVRE seems beyond useless at top level, let alone on a very wide and open map too with 0 chokepoints. Great game tho. If that AVRE was another Comet maybe the Allies could've capped more territory, return fire better on those Panthers which ended up wiping the Soviets armour. That AVRE was basically just repair downtime for the RE squads, and occasionally a scarecrow for some Axis units.
that last axis charge is amazing, going all out just to deny allied advances even rushing pzwerfer as a diversion lol. what a comeback indeed.
Anything which isn't a 1v1 map copy and pasted to 2v2 *COUGH crossing in the woods rails and metal* cough is a breath of fresh air
That vet 5 puma was the MVP for me. It wasn't as powerful in terms of damage towards the end but it provided enough extra protection (and scouting) to ward off potentially aggressive allied tanks. And those cheeky, consistent shots would just chip away little by little at tank health
That was an amazing game to watch, on an amazing map where we saw the epitome of balance that is now Coh2. Very high skilled game, probably one of the most entertaining I have ever seen. Felt like art really. The cast was beautifully matching the essence of the game. Thanks!

n00b question: When seeing videos in which players rather heavily use scout planes and even attack planes to disrupt the enemy - ist is viable in that player environment to have something like an Ostwind at hand to get them down and make the other player waste his investment in MP and Ammo?
For the Soviet half-track, yes. It is relatively cheap and good tactically. Very good against planes. Ostwind is expensive and you can get it a bit later. It depends on many things, map control and your resources. But I think it's always good to have a counter to your opponent. I think if the opponent is playing Germany and you know they have a commander with attack aircraft then you have to think about that. The half-track can save you a medium or heavy tank from planes later.

Naggano is so disappointing
OMG, that axis victory march into hostile emeny camp, almost fell out of my char laughing! I was just abt to give up on axis casually as they seemed to be inevitebly overnumbered in terms of vehicles. Asiamints volleys were quite inaccurate, still put moral pressure on allied ATs, preventing them to use their full potential.

Relic did a good job at making it true to life. But the balance team is kinda shit if u ask me
The balance team is doing a great job at fixing bugs and implementing new strategies and units. Relic made specific units and strategies overpowered to further their marketing goals. (Just look at the game from 2013-2016. It was a mess.)

4:54 Bulletins don't really matter that much, it makes me a little sad that this feature does not get enough attention from devs, no new bulletins for years, some are very outdated and most of them are pretty useless
they should remove them tbh, the only thing they would do is force you into a specific playstyle

It is a new map that is still being changed. It needs to be tested before being added into automatch.

Not one wipe by avre .man they suck.This is first match I have seen where AVRE stood on map for 15 min without wipes.Better get some other indirect fire

Seriously some times higher rank player abuse the low rank brit player for getting wipe with avre and turning tide of game in his favour.(That too in 1v1).I mean even noobs can score one wipe if that cancer tank stays in field for 15 minutes.

@Lipton Soup Those require take longer to activate and there is a delay, not an instant click and woosh your tank disappears.
