tq sir.... so we all r thankful to ur work. Soon our channel is going to get silver button (100k). I'm following ur live lecture series. Pls complete all subjects. If it is in English South Indian students also be benefited.
Sir, in open circuit test ,Pcore=Vrated^2/R or Pcore=Vrated*Iw,on changing changing freqency,R not change Vrated always remains constant, hence Pcore will not change. Also Iw=Vrated/R,hence this way also Iw will not change. But Im=Vrated/Xm,will change because ,decreasing results Xm decrease, hence Im increases. Now coming to power factor,Actual power=Vrated*Iw,Total power=Vrated*Io,p.f=Actual power/Totalpower,p.f=Iw/Io,since Iw=Vrated/R is constant, but Io changes as Im=Vrated/Xm, increasing, hence power factor decreases.

Sir if reduced frequency is applied to the t/f during SC test, the flux increases =Pcore increases =Io increases therefore primary current (I1) increases And there is change in ammeter&wattmeter readings
No, the current and flux are dependent on each other , as u know current is the reason flux is produced . So keeping current constant means flux is constant . So to maintain flux constant,if F is decreased , the V reading also decreases .
Sir.. You had said open circuit test is conducted on rated voltage at LV side.. as it easy to measure Low voltage and easily available. But what about power transfromer of rating 400KV/ 220 KV or 765 Kv/ 400 kv . Both are extra high voltages requires some sort of protection. So., i think the practical reason of conducting open circuit at LV is not as you explained although in all standard books only this reason is mentioned. I want to know you opinion on this...?

Watch these lec at 1.25x and observe that you are understanding all of it
I am watching in 1.5x and this is also understandable 😆😁
I'm watching it in 5x speed and understanding all

In case of EHV CT or PT is used to lower the voltage accordingly !
Questions??
Good question 👍👍
