I love how the ducks sometimes ride over the waves and sometimes out their head down and pierce through the wave. They are always mindful of the water.

Beautiful. We were in Victoria in mid September, but I'd hardly call our visit a good one. It was the last port of call on our Alaskan cruise, and we were there from 7-11 pm. Barely enough time to walk downtown and see the sights. Would have much preferred to have the time to explore this part of the island.
Beautiful. Definitely on the to-do list.. We had a wonderful summer in the north east. Bought a new truck and gearing up for our South West journey. Will leave florida after holidays with grand babies. It would be nice to hook up with you this winter. We've been full time now for over a year. Love it Travel safe. Robert
Ray, you are a regular videographer with your new cameras. Excellent slow-motion footage included in this episode. Added effects always bring fresh video. Much appreciate when you share your travels.

Sorry not sure, there is a page with regulations and stuff www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/sports-culture/recreation/fishing-hunting/hunting/regulations-synopsis Being a Provincial park with lots of other recreation activities I'm pretty sure there is no shooting in the park.
Not much money on selling prints these days, most want the photos for free and there are lots out there. She sells the odd one now and then. She makes some money by selling eBooks and video courses for amateur photo enthusiasts on how to take great photos and how to use photo editing software or by endorsing a product via an affiliate link.

Yep got down near freezing last night, leaving soon!
@@LoveYourRV It was 89 here in Yuma yesterday and today it was only 69, but it's supposed to warm up in a week.

Thanks Darrell. Was testing out the new action cam for slow motion, does a pretty good job. Cheers, Ray
Once again, thank you for sharing. Always enjoy your videos...super interesting! When will you all be heading south?
Not long now, starting to see night time temps close to freezing. Likely head out on Nov 1st
Can you harvest mussels and other stuff like clams with a permit in Canada?

During March...what time is the low tide in their in order for us to see the tide pool

Seeing this video reminds me that I want to: A. Get back into sailing. B. Take another geology class. C. Go north to Canada.
what's the exact location of the botanical beach and how far is the hike
1.2 km hike Here is the location map goo.gl/maps/mdt9xZ3SPMxxf2bz7
is it worth seeing in person
For me it is, I went and have been back twice in my life. But you have to go at low tide otherwise you'll just see mostly ocean and no tide pools.
Can you hunt those ducks? Or is it a refuge?

gorgeous...eh?
I’m still sometimes wait to to see Angie to pop up somewhere in the video
She would have loved that beach. :)
Is Anne a professional outdoor photographer? Does she sell pictures to National Geographic or media companies?

I'm surprised she (Anne) can do Macro hand held. I have enough trouble with critical focus using a tripod. Wish her well for us.
She says she finds that with handheld she can do better, though it's hard for her to do it very long right now.
I have seen the United States side of Los Angeles
I hope you did not fond any old boots with feet stil in them
On the coast line 🎃
Thanks for that Ray and Anne
Wee falow you all the time
Happy halloween🎃🎃👍
You're welcome. :)
