Flying Jacob is a dish from the 80's that was really popular here in Sweden, It contains chicken, chili sauce, peanuts and banana all done up in the oven. It's werid, but also weirdly good.

Not sure if its a filipino thing (my mom insists but ive never heard anyone talk about it) but growing up, I’ve always eaten bananas with every savoury filipino dish i can think of. I do it every time i feel a little nostalgic😄

I love any sketch that Emily is in...by far my favorite personality from mythical (even more so when it's josh + emily on mythical kitchen).
In the Dominican Republic (and I’m sure other countries in the Caribbean) we have Majarete, which is sort of a corn pudding with coconut, cinnamon and vanilla which tastes DELIGHTFUL. That was the first thing I missed from home when I moved overseas. Y’all should include it on your next international-meal-related episode.

Corn is a common milkshake flavor in my home country so that's definitely yummy. I grew up eating fried chicken and bananas together as an afternoon snack so I knew that would be good. It's good to know it's backed up by science.

Honestly surprised they didn't like the crab cherry pie considering crab Rangoon a pair so great with sweet and sour sauce, often made with cherries in the sauce lol. I thought that one for sure was gonna be a winner.

Woooo the corn frosty is already a thing here in Mexico 😁 here in Guadalajara we have a corn fair each year (Feria del Elote). And they make anything you can imagine with corn 😅
