All banking websites share the same layout that you expect when you visit. the login information immediately accessible instead of a marketing landing page that I dont need to see if I am already a customer (90% of the other visitors don't need to see this either). The navigation is stripped down to where you have no idea where something like the ''credit card' section would be at first glance, adding extra steps to your process of navigating. If anything, the marketing landing page does a worse idea of marketing because when people are looking for a banking company to use they want to immediately know they offer the kind of features or services they are looking for. 'credit cards' are no where visible on the second design. The second one hides it away behind an 'experience' which isn't what you're looking for when visiting an important utility first website. Just my opinion
