Sniper teams cover Donald Trump as he motorcades through New York after assassination attempt

- A large security operation surrounds Trump Tower as former President Donald Trump departs New York in an armoured car, and a sizable motorcade, following assassination attempts.
A Secret Service Counter Sniper Team establish themselves with three sniper rifles on positions outside Trump Tower ahead of the presidential candidate's departure. A Counter Assault Team and the National Guard's Civil Support Team both travel with the motorcade to handle potential attacks on the convoy. A helicopter of the NYPD Aviation Unit watches from above while the Highway Patrol shut down the street.
Former President Donald Trump had attended a campaign rally in Nassau County, New York, and also a pub in Manhattan, during his stay in the city. This took place merely days after a suspected assassination attempt at his golf course in Florida, and a few months after a rally in Pennsylvania.

Remember at Butler. There was no ambulance. No immediate treatment to his injury. They have to rushed Trump to the hospital on the SUV.

There were 4 dedicated ALS ambulance from the Butler Ambulance service in addition to the support from the PA department of health SMRT providing cooling tent, a medical treatment trailer and a cooling/casualty vehicle. Multiple local Fire departments were also on site to provide patient movement support with UTV's and medical providers to assist with any possible patients. Unfortunately the event turned tragic and the site medical teams were quickly boosted by outside resources.
Biden rides in the ambulance most of the time.

@CobraEmergency i had the same thing happen when I was videoing/taking pictures of a helicopter that was doing overwatch for president Trump when he was down here in Cochise county about a month ago.
@bentyler7927 Yeah, I used to get it worse on older cameras when they were limited to 25-30 FPS. The blades would show as completely still. Looked real funny actually.

Trump has the largest secret service detail of a former president in the agency's history even before his assassination attempt, rivaling the VP. In 2022 his detail was further augmented with addition of a spare armored vehicle, a sniper and a counter assault team. Unfortunately that was not enough to stop the attempt at Pennsylvania.
