ImageJ is a public domain Java image processing and analysis program inspired by NIH Image for the Macintosh. It runs, either as an online applet or as a downloadable application, on any computer with a Java 1.5 or later virtual machine. Downloadable distributions are available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. It can display, edit, analyze, process, save and print 8-bit,16-bit and 32-bit images. It can read many image formats, including TIFF, GIF, JPEG, BMP, DICOM, FITS and ‘raw’. It supports ‘stacks’ (and hyperstacks), a series of images that share a single window. It is multithreaded, so time-consuming operations such as image file reading can
be performed in parallel with other operations.

Thankfully sir,you are great
very nice video. sir please make video on how to use prism software for statistical data analysis
Sir how can we calculate numbers of articles present in cell or cell numbers? Sir please help
sir please tell me about layers like morphology materials
Sir kindly aik bar ki confusion h wo clear kr den is mn scale to hum ny 1um select kia image p to jo sary particles ka mean aye ga woi actual sixe hota h na ? to uska unit kia ho ga um ya nm??
He did mistake. Actually he has to set scale at 1000 nm which is equivalent to 1 micrometer. Because the size of the particles are already low from 1 micrometer, that are in nano scale.
Sir, need to discuss few things with you..
My dear you have done a mistake. I suggest you to set scale at 1000 nm which is equivalent to 1 micrometer. Because the size of the particles are already low from 1 micrometer, that are in nano scale.
