this is why i love sega's view on the fan hacking and homebrew community they actually encourage the creativity with sonic they will even go as far as to offer help on the fan project as long one simple rule is followed they do not do it to make any sort of profit if it is purely done as a show of love sega fully welcomes it

Awesome, i like how your showing all these great homebrews. This is the kind of stuff im always interested in. Not sure if you like RTS games but im into the homebrews for Dune 2 on Sega Genesis. Over on that side of the pond i think its called Dune the Building of a Dynasty but here in north America its called Dune the Battle for Arrakis. Look for "Dune rebuild" it is the unofficial expansion pack to the game and there are 2 "razor missions" hacks that are unique and really change the game. Please dont call hack or homebrew games illegal they are perfectly legal as long as the creator doesn't charge money for them. Im thinking of making a homebrew game for SegaCD(to avoid cart limits) but i cant think of what to make, im thinking something unique like an RTS RPG or another genre/game style combo that doesn't have alot available.
I played Mario 64 Last Impact years ago. It’s a really cool rom hack, but it’s a little glitchy. Especially the camera. Still worth playing.

This is his old game from 2016, the full hack he’s working on right now is Return to Yoshi’s Island 64. I can’t wait because it will show just how much he has improved as a game developer.

Has anyone played this on actual N64 hardware? I tried it on an Everdrive64 ( Ver. 3 point something ) and all I got was a black screen :(

Pretty sure I missed it, but did this game actually really got made on an actual N64 cartridge or you could only play it on the internet? For a fan-made rom hack, this game looks awesome & it's the kind of sequel I wished we got on the N64! 😃🙂
It can’t actually run on an N64, only an emulator. But Kaze’s upcoming new full game will be able to run on an N64 and it looks like a much, much more refined and polished Last Impact

I really loathed the N64 (I had a PSX, and I actually have 3! I was that dedicated). But it was still impressive to me with Doom 64, MKT, Smash Bros., and of course, Mario 64. Sometimes I feel like I’m missing something 😆 and the GCN is not exactly the same beast either. But you cannot, CANNOT deny the feats that the N64 did.
